Akyu's Untouched Score vol.5 (幺樂団の歴史５, Yougakudan no Rekishi) is a music album by Team Shanghai Alice released on 2007-12-31 (Comiket 73). It contains the full soundtrack of Touhou 01, Highly Responsive to Prayers, in its arranged version heard in Mystic Square's music room.

Note

• ZUN names the 13rd track "星幽天使" (Angel of a Distant Star, Seiyuu Tenshi), while he used "星幽剣士" (Swordsman of a Distant Star, Seiyuu Kenshi) in Highly Responsive to Prayers.
• Shrine of the Wind, the unused theme from Highly Responsive to Prayers's music test, was not included in the Mystic Square arrange version. Thus, it's also not included on this CD.
• The bonus track Theme of Eastern Story can be described as the basic version of the Touhou main theme melody arranged in each title screen of the Windows games.
