Chara☆Mel Febri (キャラ★メル Febri pronounced "caramel") is the name of a Japanese-language magazine published by Ichijinsha released on a bimonthly schedule. It began publication on July 24, 2010. After Chara☆Mel's publication went on hiatus, the staffers were switched around and launched Febri as a renewal. The latest issue is Volume 9.
Wild and Horned Hermit is serialized in this magazine, and the publication is noted for giving particular focus to the Touhou Project on occasion.
The editor-in-chief, Okonogi, also does a monthly interview with ZUN on Nikenme Radio.
