マントでの目くらましからワープを行う

調子にのって逃げ回ると人気が下がる

空間移動は仙人を目指す人間の間で憧れのスキル
Translation
After the distraction with her cape, she moves by warping.

It's hard for the crowd to follow with their eyes,
so if you get too happy running away with it just because
it's a useful movement skill, your popularity decreases.

Spatial teleportation is an admired skill among humans who aspire to become a hermit.

Translation
It's a technique where she brandishes a drawn sword, opening a space from which light surges out like gunfire after a brief pause. By equipping it in the front or back, you can control how the light converges. You're free to sweep over a wide area or burn a single point. Bundling them up into 17 articles is precision work that requires you to have a knack for it, so it's affected greatly by her condition.

欲のチャージ消耗が最大の技だが、

Translation
Miko releases the desires gathered to her as bullets. It's the skill that uses the charge of desire the most, but because of that, when it's powered up it has great capacity, and it's amazingly pitiful when powered down.

She creates swords in space and slashes her opponent. Depnding on where it's equipped, it can cover her surroundings, so it's an important attack for her, who doesn't have a whole lot of vertical attacks.

Translation
She traces her surroundings with her hand and a light runs through that path after a delay. When desires are gathered, the circle gets bigger and longer, to make known her authority even more. It's circle, so the center is empty. When it gets bigger, this space gets bigger too...

周囲の欲を集め、十分集まると人気へ変換する

スロットで集める速度と量を調整できるほか
途中で再使用すれば相手に人気を与えるものの
欲を射撃として飛ばすことができる

相手は人気が集まりきる前に神子に攻撃すれば

集まりかけの人気をそっくり横取りが出来る
Translation
She gathers people's desire around her, and converts it into popularity when she has enough.

Aside from being able to change the speed and volume of the desire based on its equipped position, you can re-input the command to fire off the desire as projectiles, in exchange for giving popularity to the opponent.

If the opponent attacks Miko before she's done gathering popularity, they can steal away all the popularity for themselves.

and swords of light rain from the heavens.

The flying swords are made of her glory itself,

彼女が持つ人気そのものを宝剣を通して刃に

練り上げ、相手を貫く

人気が増大すればその分攻撃は強力になり
向けられていれば負の感情でも利用できる為

人気が極端に低い状況も好都合となる
Translation
She takes her popularity itself, wraps it into a blade

around her decorative sword, and stabs at the enemy.

The more popularity she has, the more powerful the attack becomes.
She can use the emotions directed at her even if they're negative,

so you can turn even a low-popularity situation to your advantage.

全仙力と観客から集めた人気を勺に乗せ、

巨大な光剣と化して戦場を叩ききります。
攻撃範囲はフィールド中央周辺に限られますが、
光剣はグレイズもガードもできず、

間合いの内であれば全てを捻じ伏せることができます。
Translation
With all of a hermit's strength, she places the popularity gathered from the audience into her shaku,

which transforms into a massive sword of light that completely hacks apart the battlefield.
The extent of the attack is restricted from the center of the field to the outskirts,
so it's impossible to use graze or a card to avoid it,

and when there's an interval in the attack, you'll have to put in everything to seize it.

Notes

  1. The 条 in "Lasers of Infinite Articles" (無限条のレーザー) has a double-meaning; 条 is used for "an item of one or two short sentences contained by summary of rule", but also for "line, streak", so it could also mean "Infinite Line of Lasers".
  2. "Cipangu" was a name for Japan popularised by Marco Polo (albeit long after Prince Shoutoku's time), who described it as a land filled with gold and silver. To the Japanese this name is seen as exaggerated but with a long and proud history.
  3. This phrase is directly derived from the first sentence of sixth article of Seventeen-article constitution. "懲悪勧善、古之良典。" or "悪しきを懲らし善きを勧むるは、古の良き典なり。" (Ashiki wo korashi yoki wo susumuru wa, inishie no yoki nori nari.) …… "To punish the evil and take side with the good is the past practice from ancient times."
  4. This phrase is directly derived from the last sentence of third article of Seventeen-article constitution. "...故承詔必慎。不謹自敗。" or "故に詔を承りては必ず慎め。慎まずば、自づから敗れむ。" (yue ni, mikotonori wo uketamawarite wa, kanarazu tsutsushime. tsutsushimazu wa, onozu-kara yaburen.) …… "Consequently when you receive the Imperial commands, fail not to carry them out scrupulously. Let there be a want of care in this matter and ruin is the natural consequence."
