They are the humans that live in the outside world.
|
| 外の世界の人間と言っても、服装や髪型、言葉遣い等に差はあるものの、幻想郷の人間と明確な違いはない。

While they come from the outside world and have different clothing, hairstyles and speech patterns, there is no clearly defined difference from the people of Gensokyo.
|
| 殆どの人間がパニック状態に陥っているが、それは当然だろう。
|
Most of these humans are in a state of panic, but it should be natural.
|
| 外の人間の知識は、我々より遥かに深く、未知の道具を使いこなす。
|
The knowledge they possess is far more profound than ours, and they handle tools yet unknown to us.

| 幻想郷の人間も妖怪も、そういった外の世界の影響を受けやすく、外来人から新しい事を学ぶと、それが一時的な流行となったりする（＊１）。

Both the humans and youkai of Gensokyo are easily influenced by the outside world, and when they learn something new from an outsider, that will become popular for a while (*1).

| 殆どの外来人は、妖怪に捕まるとすぐ食べられるか、妖怪が飽きてしまうと食べられてしまう。

Most outsiders that get caught by youkai either get eaten at once, or get eaten once the youkai lose interest in them.

| 運良く人間の里に辿り着いた場合は、博麗神社に連れて行けば、無事に外の世界に帰す事が出来る。

If an outsider has the luck to reach the human village, they can be returned safely to the outside world if they go to the Hakurei Shrine.

Perhaps this tool emits sinister sounds.

| ・妖怪を見ても逃げない、戦わない。

*Even if they see youkai, they will neither run nor fight.

| 喰われる気満々である。

They are willing to become eaten.
|
| ・そのくせ、幽霊を見ると一目散に逃げる。
