Concept
Name
"Reisen" is in fact not her original true name, but is the name she received when she became the Watatsuki sisters' pet. No one knows her original real name as of yet.
Appearance
Reisen has short hair, light purple, and red eyes. White fluffy rabbit ears. Wears a black business suit over her shirt, similar to Reisen Udongein Inaba, and a gray skirt.
Story

Reisen fled to Earth from the Moon early in the events of Silent Sinner in Blue. She was nursed back to health by Reimu after being injured by space debris during her travel. Because of this, Eirin was able to learn of her presence. Since Reisen still had attachments to the moon, Eirin sent her back along with a letter for the Watatsuki sisters, warning them of Yukari's imminent invasion. Since fleeing to Earth was a crime, she was sentenced to live as the Watatsuki sisters' pet where she was then given the name Reisen, the same name as their former pet, Reisen Udongein Inaba.

Trivia
- During her first appearance in Silent Sinner in Blue chapters 1-2, this rabbit who would later be given the name Reisen wore a dress very similar to Tewi Inaba's, probably because she wanted to disguise herself as an Earth rabbit.
- Reisen appears to be much like her namesake's fanon self.
Fanon
- She is sometimes referred to as "Reisen II" by the English-speaking Touhou community.
- Many fans have drawn Reisen with blue hair from a possible appearance on the color page of Silent Sinner in Blue Chapter 15 depicting an unknown rabbit with short blue hair. Cage in Lunatic Runagate Chapter Six implies this is her, as Reisen is surprised and her ear is grazed by one of the stars.
- Artwork of Reisen have shifted to light purple hair with her color revealed in Inaba of the Moon and Inaba of the Earth or possibly fans simply using Reisen Udongein Inaba's color scheme.
- Both blue and purple are however seen in recent artwork.
