The Annual Hakurei Shrine Grand Festival (博麗神社例大祭, romanized Hakurei Jinja Reitaisai) is an yearly, Touhou-only convention that takes place every Spring in Ikebukuro, Japan, starting in 2004. Team Shanghai Alice uses this event as a way to publicly distribute trial versions of upcoming games to the fans well in advance of their release on the internet.
