さかばと or sakabato (also known as sakabato Sound skt) is the personal circle of Drummer & Bass player 通天, who's musical style can be described as Instrumental Hard-Rock with an emphasis on rhythm. The circle's musical style has remain relatively consistent over the years with the most notable changes being the addition of Metal element into later releases and the gradual improvement of audio quality over time. In addition to the circle's own album releases they have also actively contributed to Metal circle's Pizuya's Cell, CROW'SCLAW, Barrage Am Ring and Minstrel from between 2008 to 2013.
Two long time supporters of the circle are guitarist すー (acetic acid) who's playing and solos is often featured, and arranger Taishi (Compllege) who while rarely contributing arrangements often acts as a special adviser. 通天 has also contributed extensively to ぴずや' s releases with Pizuya's Cell and Pizuya's Cell x MyonMyon in addition to working closely with both ぴずや and 鷹 of CROW'SCLAW as a member of the FROZEN FROG BAND and support drummer during CROW'SCLAW's '08 and '09 performances at Flowering Night.
Despite the circle's record of releasing Instrumental Rock, 通天 is also quite capable of arranging in other genres (most notably Electronic) and is credited with several original sound tracks for both original doujin games and Touhou themed fan games.
