Dream Tale. (幻想語。 Yumegatari.) is a doujin album by TUMENECO released on 2010-11-28 (Kyoukai kara Mieta Keshiki). It features vocal arrangements of themes from Ghostly Field Club, Changeability of Strange Dream and Retrospective 53 minutes.

The album's title would normally be read as gensougo, meaning "fantasy story", but the official website and jacket list its reading to be yumegatari, meaning "dream tale".

It comes with 20-page short story and comic by Surrounded by Enemies and Iyokan starring Renko Usami and Maribel Hearn.
