References
- ↑ 燕石 (enseki "swallow stone") is an obscure term similar in meaning to "fool's gold", referring to stones from the Yan Mountains (燕山) which are mistaken for expensive jade — remember an ancient Chinese idiom Chinese: 玉石混淆 ("all mixed up", lit. "the mixture of jades and stones").
