Touhou Mukyuushi(Ancient Capital of Dreams) ~ Glory of Deep Skies (東方夢旧市 ~ Glory of Deep Skies.) is a fan-made Touhou Project script for the Touhou Danmakufu ph3 shooting game engine, programmed by Kirbio, Gizmo the Dragon, Aka Kyuketsuki, and Lunarethic. This game has 2 stages in the trial version, is stated to have a main story of fewer stages than normal, and has two playable characters, one of which is not made available in the trial version.

Gameplay

The main gameplay mechanic of Glory of Deep Skies is the Elemental Burst system. If the player collects Elemental Orbs of the same attribute as the one they chose at the beginning of the game, an Elemental Gauge is filled up. Once full, the Elemental Gauge can be emptied for a boost with various duration and effects depending on the attribute chosen, and during this time, all items become life and spell pieces.

Story

The story revolves around the increased frequency of light-related phenomena such as rainbows and auroras. In addition, an increased potency of magic has lead to danmaku causing physical damage to surroundings, implying that this is impossible under normal circumstances in the universe of this fangame.

Music

Glory of Deep Skies features both original music and arrangements of tracks from the various Music CDs released by ZUN, produced by various members of Τeam αlternative Σnding.
