Kioh Gyoku (稀翁玉) is the second game in the Seihou Project series, produced by Amusement Makers.
Gameplay

Kioh Gyoku is a Versus Danmaku game in the same vein of Phantasmagoria of Flower View and Dim.Dream, with massive emphasis on grazing streaming bullets. Upon meeting certain conditions, players are able to unleash a variety of character-specific Special Attack on their opponents in an attempt to whittle down their remaining health points.
