The second of the three, Aria seems to have a insurmountable HP regen. However, the amount of its regeneration degrades over time so you should wait for its regeneration to become a pitiful amount before starting pummeling it. Thankfully, not only does it have easy-to-exploit weaknesses to Wind, Spirit and Physical, it also has low Defense. This makes your direct nukers such as Nitori, Yuugi, Suika, Youmu, Remilia or even Mystia invaluable. Attempting to debuff his Speed is also an option, as debuff is about the only thing it isn't immune to, aside from Silence of course.

It attacks almost exclusively with Mystic spells like Magical Light and Magical Blast and various weak-multi-target spells that inflict debuffs, so stack on Mind and bring Mystic, Dark resist and debuff resistances. It will occasionally throw in one of the two status-effect moves which are Perpetual Insanity, a Dark multi-target spell with a chance of inflicting Terror or Black Universe. Its most annoying move is Calming Scent which buffs all of his stats with no delay but due to this boss's nature, this will also degrade its regeneration. Just keep pushing and you'll win.

17F: The Violet Hidden Road Where Sinners Wander for Eternity

Overview

Like the previous floor, Arrow Tiles are used as a means to explore various sections of the floor.

  • In order to progress, you have to drop down the hole on this floor and defeat Shub-Niggurath on 16F. After you have defeated it, you will obtain the Dianthus Seal used for removes 2 rocks on 17F. The one blocking the way to the next floor is located at the northwestern area. The other one is located at a little bit to the northeastern area from where you start for a "Training Manual" item.
  • After you have defeated Shredding Amneseiri, Aria-Singing Toruastory can be fought on the south of the start of this floor after defeating Ame-no-Murakumo but you cannot reach it until you have defeated 6 Enhanced Boss.

Enemies

  • Great Tree's Mean Thief can cast Dividing Slash, a powerful low-delay single target Dark attack that can inflict Poison, Paralysis, Terror and Silence.
  • Those Staring from the Gap has very high Defense but low Mind. It also has such a high Attack that its Whirlwind, a single-target attack that can inflict Paralysis, can easily OHKO your non-tank.
  • Golden Mushroom is a rare monster on this floor. It seems to be found just to the left side of the relay point. It is very fast and has high Defense and Mind. It may escape if it gets a turn.

The Taur Magician uses a variety of strong Dark spells, some with added effects and one Mystic spell, Magical Blast. The attacks will likely kill everyone except your tanks with enough Dark resistance. Other than its generic single-target, Dark Arrow and multi-target, Storm of Dark Flow. It has access to the fearsome Black Universe, which is made even worse by the fact that it also has the move Terror Eater which instantly kills anyone on the frontline who is under the Terror status ailment (which Black Universe can inflict.) Death resistance cannot prevent this but Terror resistance can prevent it from being inflicted in the first place. It has access to Destroy Magic, a single target spell which will empty out a character's MP pool and Silent Fog, which may silence them. It can also cast MAG Up boost its MAG, although it uses very rarely. Due to the number of ailments that it can inflict, healers that can cure status ailments are highly recommended for dealing with some of said ailments and for countering Black Universe.

The Magician has high Mind but low Defense so bring your attackers that target Defense for this fight. It heavily resists Spirit and Dark but is weak to Wind and Nature making Aya, Kaguya, Mystia, Suwako and Suika strong attackers for this fight. As for Status ailment resistance, it's moderately resistant to Debuffs, neutral to Shock, weak to Silence and heavily resists everything else. With Thankful Preaching, Kasen can inflict Silence which can help deal with its strong Magic attacks and high Mind in addition to being a physical attacker. She has Diving Waltz of the Raijuu which can also debuff Mind in addition to being a Wind attack. Mystia, while fragile, is also a excellent attacker, as her Wind nuke can inflict Silence, and she can uniquely take advantage of people being Silenced as well as being able to cure it with Mysterious Song.
