- Ruukoto is named after the character Ruukoto Sanagawa from Izumi Takemoto's manga Sayori na Parallel.
- Ruukoto's character design is thought to be a parody of Multi 's.
- Ruukoto is the only character to have ever appeared in any actual game without being either playable or fightable in at least one game.
- She is very similar to VIVIT, from Shuusou Gyoku.
- Sakuya Izayoi's alternate costume in Immaterial and Missing Power and Scarlet Weather Rhapsody is a homage to Ruukoto.
