Review

This is Sensitive Heart's third touhou album, and this time, he took a bit of a different style. Rather than very simply relaxing, there's a good deal of more upbeat, high speed music, especially in tracks like Cirno Stylish!

Though I don't like it as much as The Moon Shooter or Fantasic Record of Cherry Blossom, I still love the cd, and would definitely recommend it.

Standout Tracks

  • 02. 闇夜行路

Starts out with a wonderful guitar bit going, then goes to a wonderful, harmonized arrange of the melody of stage 1. Flawlessly portrays the mood of this cd: upbeat, but still that immediately recognizable Sensitive Heart style.

  • 06. 虹のカメリア

Chinese Tea. One of ZUN's best relaxing pieces, with that Sensitive Heart style. Absolutely fantastic. Great use of string instruments.

  • 07. interlude

You're most likely thinking... the interlude? I was blown away when I first heard this track. It's very simple, short, but amazing. Something about this just clicked right, it really shows just how good Sensitive Heart is.

  • 09. 迷宮ミスディレクション

It might just be because I really like almost every arrange of this, but I was pretty impressed with the mix of high tempo and that Sensitive Heart style (have I mentioned that enough? I can't really describe it, but it's there). Another great example of this cd's style.

Recommended To:

  • Fans of relaxing music.
  • Fans of EoSD's music
  • Fans of Sensitive Heart.

Not Recommended To:

  • Fans of hardcore music.
  • People who can't take a moment to relax.
