Instrumental track never existed?

While this page currently lists this as a two-track CD with an instrumental track, everywhere I've read seems to suggest otherwise, that the CD only came with one track. I don't think this instrumental track ever existed in the first place. For example, a CD reseller has the following description:

CDのトラックリストには「01. 死が二人に理解を灯す」「02. 死が二人に理解を灯す(Instrumental)」の2トラックが記載されておりますが、実際の収録内容はトラック1のみとなります。インストゥルメンタル版音源は収録されておりませんので、予めご了承ください。

(TL: "The CD track list contains two tracks, namely 「01. 死が二人に理解を灯す」 and 「02. 死が二人に理解を灯す(Instrumental)」, however the actual recording content only contains track 1. Please note that the instrumental version audio has not been recorded.") --benlisquare —Talk contribs 06:47, 4 May 2019 (UTC)
