Now, there's this character in FS 25, a human that killed himself and then resurrected as a youkai with some weird ritual. Clarste called/translated it as "Jinyou", but i'm not sure if it counts as magician, half-youkai, full youkai, ghost or something else, since the way that character himself describes the transformation is unclear. Should this "species" have a different page from those?

I'm asking because this newly revealed rule (about humans turning youkai) seems to be really influent for the lore. PK (talk) 18:56, 2 April 2015 (UTC)

:Is the original Japanese text calling him a "jinyou (人妖)?" Or is this something that Clarste is calling it? I've never heard that term used in Japanese folklore/mythology. If it is the latter, we might be able to find out what the actual term is. Murasaki (talk) 14:43, 3 April 2015 (UTC)

Is the original Japanese text calling him a "jinyou (人妖)?" Or is this something that Clarste is calling it? I've never heard that term used in Japanese folklore/mythology. If it is the latter, we might be able to find out what the actual term is. Murasaki (talk) 14:43, 3 April 2015 (UTC)
