Her name

Ok. Koishi mean Little Rock right? But i think there is another meaning there.

The former is never correct, I believe. Her elder sister's personal name, Satori, doesn't derive from a concrete physical object, but an abstract conceptual state. So I assume Koishi derives from the adjective "koishii" (恋しい, missing somebody to love). And you must know so many Japanese will associate her with a very famous Japanese comedian "Kimi Koishi" (喜味こいし), whose name is the pun of 君恋し meaning "I miss you". --Masuo64 09:52, 15 February 2009 (UTC)
I figure out that Koishi means Love or Romance.
I think "Beloved" would be more appropriate. Though since her name is in hiragana, it doesn't necessarily mean something.--Nietz 02:13, 17 February 2009 (UTC)
Considering the motif of her danmaku, it seems very much appropriate to consider that as a valid intended meaning of her name. To maintain the pattern of abstract nouns, if Satori = Enlightenment, then Koishi = Endearment or Affection, perhaps.--Apcog 05:42, 17 February 2009 (UTC)
Yeah quite close. Her name's meaning is very related to Marisa too. The artist knew that already. -Dandan550 02:59, 18 February 2009 (UTC)

Isn't '恋子'(Loved Child) more likely? It sounds more like a name, at least.

Haircolor

It's kinda weird that almost all the artist had no idea about this. Many think her hair color is white like Youmu or Sakuya. But some think it's light green or light blue. -Dandan550 02:58, 18 February 2009 (UTC)

Going over her official portrait's hair color, I got #e2ede6, which is a very light shade of green. So canonically, it's light green. Esoterica 21:17, August 29, 2010 (UTC)

Crane Stance

Should there at least be a mention on Crane Stance in the Fanon section? As in many fanmade works she appears in this stance due to the way her portrait appearing to mimic this stance. ADCK (talk) 12:24, 26 April 2013 (UTC)

Spellcards

Her spellcards seem to not appear under the spellcards section. It keeps just linking to the page with the spellcards. Could someone please fix it? I am unable to (partially because I'm not experienced with wiki language). Suzu (talk) 13:16, 29 April 2013 (UTC)

It's a very strange error as it works in the preview. I'll look into it later if it hasn't been addressed yet. - Kiefmaster99 (talk) 15:13, 29 April 2013 (UTC)
It should work now. If you see any instances where something like that isn't working but the wiki code seems correct, try purging the page from cache. You can add &action=purge to the end of the URL on any page on the wiki to purge it. Hope that helps. Momiji (talk) 17:50, 29 April 2013 (UTC)
Funny. I thought that saving a page with no edits would also achieve the same effect. Guess I was mistaken. - Kiefmaster99 (talk) 00:35, 30 April 2013 (UTC)
Saving it should force a purge unless you set it as a minor edit. Momiji (talk) 01:28, 30 April 2013 (UTC)

ULiL profile retranslation, translation of 「今から貴方の所に行くね」

Koishi's ULiL profile has been retranslated, as that was necessary. I'd in particular like input on the translation of her Occult Attack, here as “I’m Coming to Get You Now”. I feel like there should be an even better phrasing that feels more natural, more like a casual phone conversation, but still has the threatening implications when put into the context of the Urban Legend. --Huppa (talk) 15:59, 12 July 2016 (UTC)
