This is part of another subject that's been bugging me for a while, but where in the heck did "Doll Story" for Yumeko's theme come from? The kanji title is 悲しき人形, which, just like 眠れぬ恐怖 for Sleeping Terror, is a literal translation of ZUN's English title for the song, Doll of Misery. (If we want to get technical, it's actually something more like "Sorrowful Doll"...) Translating it as Story is a humongous liberty, so if no one has a good explanation for this, I suggest changing it back to "Doll of Misery". "Doll Story"?
This is part of another subject that's been bugging me for a while, but where in the heck did "Doll Story" for Yumeko's theme come from? The kanji title is 悲しき人形, which, just like 眠れぬ恐怖 for Sleeping Terror, is a literal translation of ZUN's English title for the song, Doll of Misery. (If we want to get technical, it's actually something more like "Sorrowful Doll"...) - Nobody's given me an explanation, so it's going back to Doll of Misery. Song ofthe apple (talk) 13:54, 9 September 2012 (EDT)
