Comiket 87's release - isn't it just a demo?

AFAIK the game released will only cost 100¥, so I doubt that it is already the full game. When anyone can confirm it, shouldn't this info be added to the "release date:"?

Yes, it is a trial (confirmed on Tasofro's site). Adding it.PK (talk) 13:03, 28 December 2014 (UTC)

Page layout variation

Shouldn't it look like previous game pages? For instance, with the character section having its own page?

Personally, I see no point in having a separate page just to list character appearances. If anything, a list wouldn't hurt been on the main page. Hence, I made it use two characters per line to reduce page length. I do wish for this to be standardised throughout the articles though. Tony64 (Talk/Con.)
I see. I'm used to the layout used for the majority of the games. I imagine this would be something to take up with multiple usual editos then, considering the variations with the recent game pages.

Tony...... Character list please move to Character page, it will be increased when the official game comes out - KyoriAsh (talk) 03:48, 4 January 2015 (UTC)
Already done. Arcorann (talk) 05:11, 4 January 2015 (UTC)

I'm aware that the list will eventually expend; I was on about having a list on the main page regardless of size, not just because it's small (must've not been clear on that, sorry). I like to ask the question as to why this wiki uses separate pages to list character appearances in technical terms. We currently have a character list on the Gold Rush and Magus in Mystic Geometries articles, and no-one seems to think they ought to be on a separate page. I mean, even Pixiv has a character list on its ULiL page, and others, and even Nicopedia... In my view, having the list on the main page would be beneficial (regardless of size/page length); example:

  • you need to download another page just to see character listings, when it'll take less to download if it was merged with the main article, y'know, killing two birds with one stone with the amount to download
  • an encyclopaedic article is something that suppose to contain as much information as possible to one subject. With this, it doesn't seem to be the case because it takes people away from the article itself. I mean, page length shouldn't be limited (I did made it use two characters per line to reduce page length btw); have a look at Marisa's article.
  • The current scheme of this highly reminds me of Wikia; is it because people fear change? I mean, along with Wikia, is this one of the few wikis that likes to use alot of navigational links? Using alot of navigational links isn't always a good thing if it only takes you to trivial things.
  • From what I said above, the list is technically trivial information, because all it does it show the character, their title, role and a small description.

I've done this with Uwabami Breakers to show an example. I hope people understand. Tony64 (Talk/Con.) 18:49, 4 January 2015 (UTC)

It's likely for aesthetic purposes. I personally think it *looks* better to have the list on a separate page.

Unless text only, yes, but not with image and this is not suitable - KyoriAsh (talk) 13:24, 5 January 2015 (UTC)

Complete moveset

Instead of just spell cards, what are your thoughts on adding the complete moveset? (including unnamed ones) Also, since a few spell cards look a bit different at times (like Futo's Fate "Gate Opening for Catastrophe", what about adding more screenshots for those?

Related: when uploading story mode cards, can we put images from lunatic difficulty? (these have the highest amount of bullets, to show the spell in all its glory) Eventually apply this to the other fighters. More on-topic, has Futo's "Gate Opening for Catastrophe" changed properties? If i remember correctly, it was dependant on the number of plates. If so, we can simply add the strongest version. That's for Futo's card, if other spells have other mechanics, we can use a template similar to IaMP, or, do something like i did here with such a varied spell. Just giving ideas, i'll do my part later. MapleTree (talk) 22:41, 11 May 2015 (UTC)

Menu Translation

Umm, the lack of menu translation frustrated me a bit. I decided to try and translate it. I probably won't continue, but I translated the configuration section if anyone wants it.

As basic as it is, It is sufficient.

It can be found & downloaded here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6g4Ka8VTOqlSTRsZ0ZFbFZkdTA/view

I guess if I continue, I'll update this section.

EDIT:I just realized Hopeless Masquerade's configuration section is almost identical to Urban Legend in Limbo's. Ugh..I'm so dumb..

Where are the stages?

Anyone gonna make a list of stages for Urban Legend in Limbo? Nintenchris5963 (talk)

The Location section, located in the Navbox of said game, holds the name and appearance of all the stages that appeared in Urban Legend in Limbo and can be encountered within every sub page that includes or focus on ULiL information (e.g Story section).--Camilo113 (talk) 21:05, 28 June 2015 (UTC)

I was talking about this which I already made, but thanks anyway. Nitnenchris5963 (talk)

Why there are no replays?

Every time I won a match, my replays are not created. What's going on? Nitnenchris5963 (talk)

You have to activate them in the Configuration menu. --Camilo113 (talk) 04:01, 8 September 2015 (UTC)
Thanks. I owe you one. Nintenchris5963 (talk)

Translation bump

ULiL has finally been cracked and is ready for the English static translation patch.
We are now entering the testing and text-translation phase, which might still take a while until all the bumps are ironed out. Until then, you still have some time to fill those leftover blanks in the scenario pages. Plenty of lose messages and the majority of VS texts are still left untouched, so I'd appreciate it if you could get going and finish those.
