Oni Sign "Anomalies, Strength, Disorder, and Spirits"
User: Yuugi Hoshiguma
Notes: Saw it in the underworld
Reference Level: ★★★★
Blankets the whole area with danmaku using her bizarre strength.
Incomprehensible and shocking but unexpectedly easy to dodge, it's a kind danmaku that's fun to attempt. "Anomalies, strength, disorder, and spirits"[1] should be more widely talked about if they can spread danmaku like this.

Feat of Strength "Wind Blowing Down from Mt. Ooe"
User: Yuugi Hoshiguma
Notes: Saw it in the underworld, theatrical type
Reference Level: ★★★★★
This spell card is what I mean by "Danmaku is power."
Powerful danmaku is violently blown like mountain wind. This simple yet strong danmaku feels good to challenge.
But the big bullets are hot to the touch. That's why the mountain wind is a damp, hot wind. I wish it were more comfortable.

Big Four Arcanum "Knock Out In Three Steps"
User: Yuugi Hoshiguma
Notes: A terrifying white[2], theatrical type
Reference Level: ★★★★★★
I don't know how the skill works, but whenever Yuugi takes a step, high-density danmaku is left in her stride.
It's nearly instant death if within three steps' distance, but since Yuugi's three steps are too wide, it's basically instant death.
Even so, it's marvelous how she places her danmaku as if she wants me to seriously enjoy it. She shows playfulness even in a feat of strength.
It's a shame I probably won't be able to imitate this oni's incomprehensible technique.
Even so, it appears that there are variety of oni. Mhm.

Notes

  1. The phrase "anomalies, strength, disorder, and spirits" is a literal translation for kai ryoku ran shin (怪力乱神), which originates from the Analects and refers to unexplainable phenomena. Marisa may be poking fun at the fact that Confucius avoided discussion on these "unexplainable phenomena", most notably when his pupils inquired him on the afterlife.
  2. Catchphrase from a Japanese company's detergent and toothpaste commercials.
