- A western fan has given her the nickname "蓮華的" (Rengeteki, lit. "Like the Lotus Flower"), but it's not very popular and thus rarely used due to its terrible translation.
- Some fans speculate that there is two exsisting characters, meaning the 4th Stage Midboss of Lotus Land Story is not the same character as the 3rd Stage Midboss of Mystic Square.

Additional
Trivial

Fandom
- There's a rather popular theory that this ball is Nue Houjuu, as she appears as a ball of light in Undefined Fantastic Object, with both dropping items when leaving the screen and giving an extra life if certain conditions are met.
- It's also possible that it was Yuuka Kazami, who became a similar ball of light during her second boss battle in Lotus Land Story.
- Icarus from the Seihou Project can also turn into a ball of light, but this one is highly unlikely due to its canon.

Sprite of the midboss in Ten Desires
| |
Species | |
---|---|
Appearances | |
Official Games | |
|
This character attacked the heroines in the first stage of Ten Desires. For why there were divine spirits even going to the Netherworld is unknown. There is a possibility that it is not a divine spirit at all, but a resident ghost of the Netherworld. However, Youmu is only interested on getting rid of the unwanted spirits, so this spirit is indeed not a resident of the Netherworld.
Concept
Appearance
Its sprite shows that it's a blue coloured divine spirit.
Additional Information
Trivia
- This character is the only windows midboss to not have an official name. Daiyousei is excluded since her name is semi-official.
Fandom
- Due to its looks, some western fans call this midboss the "Nameless Midboss Divine Spirit".
- It's been noted by many to be the most notable midboss-only character in the whole series without a name, since it's the first stage midboss of Ten Desires, which it self is a popular windows game.
