The flats look like a Scooby-doo ghost town. It is so polluted that the fish have died. The place apparently has murderers, because if you slow down in your car, you will die. It was shown that there's only two buildings, but there's always some food prepared on the streets. It has been recommended that people should go down to West Street, because it's the perfect place if your a "Douche bag". There was a place where their use to be industry and there's always trains that carries jobs out of Cleveland. The place is so cheap, you can buy a house at the same price of a "BCR". The place is still weird, they think that putting a giant "FREE" upside down and mirrored is art.

There is a notable unnamed guy who is fat and has long gray hair. It's been suggested that you might see him if you went to Cleveland. It can even be spotted that you can see a group of poor people wait for buses.
