:::Actually the names you've suggested sound very likely, since Takumi and Tamio are some common Japanese given names. I think you can go ahead use those on the article. Welcome

Hi, welcome to Touhou Wiki! Thanks for your edit to the Talk:Touhou Hisoutensoku: Miscellaneous page.

Please leave a message on my talk page if I can help with anything! -- Pooshlmer (Talk) 06:11, January 30, 2010

Minor request

After (or preferably, during) uploading your images, could you please categorize them? It would make this wiki just a little more organized. 68.84.74.52 19:08, September 27, 2010 (UTC)

Another request. The template used for the regular spell cards doesn't work too well for the spell cards in the fighting spin-offs, so I wrote this template to suit its needs. 68.84.74.52 01:25, October 16, 2010 (UTC)

Gotcha. Thanks for the the advice. Prolly the UNL spell cards will have their templates all changed by next week or so. Deathsoul4 01:45, October 16, 2010 (UTC)
No, thank you.
Additionally, something that completely went over my head when writing the template was the numpad notation. The best place to put this now would be where the cost for orbs is. However, I can't think of a word to replace "orbs" with. Have any ideas? 68.84.74.52 02:05, October 16, 2010 (UTC)
Well, what I did with the numpad notation was I just put them in the Usage section. Probably I should write "numpad" next to them. Deathsoul4 02:09, October 16, 2010 (UTC)
Oh yeah, and also when the {{{Spell Card Info Fighters}}} is used for the skill cards, then the skill cards show up as "spell cards" so I'm thinking of duplicating your template and making another template for the skill cards. Prolly I'll only change all "spell card"s to "skill card"s. Deathsoul4 16:46, October 16, 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for your concern

Really? You too? I think it's because of the season change. Sore throat is always the first sign of a cold>_< Oh btw, sure you can make the image more than 200px. It's fineMaronaPossessed 02:48, October 9, 2010 (UTC)

A'ight, thanx for the info. Dang my fever's coming back again ~_~ lol Deathsoul4 02:50, October 9, 2010 (UTC)

Just a very small thing about the Katana name for the 7th tier Katana from the game The Genius of Sappheiros. 月下美人 is a reference to SaGa Frontier, the strongest Katana in that game. Its name in the English version of the game is Silver Moon. Considering how much The Genius of Sappheiros borrows from the SaGa series I believe that Silver Moon would be more a appropriate translation over Beauty of the Moon.

Gotcha. I don't know much about SaGa series, so some of my translations may be off mark. Thanks for the comment, I stand corrected. Deathsoul4 18:23, October 9, 2010 (UTC)

Tendo Blade: Dubious Screenshot

What kinda hax is that? New Game+ or what ):
Also, I do have a pad -Sakuya joke here- and it works with other doujins & stuff. Just can't seem to get it to work with テンドーブレード, and I can't change the default keys for the keyboard either, in game or in the .ini file. Have you been able to? ChaosZero 22:20, October 28, 2010 (UTC)

lolz here's a hint about the screenshot: Must we defeat Okuu first to fight Sanae, or must we defeat Sanae first to fight Okuu?
Also about the keyboards, mine didn't work out either. Guess they've forgot to add some component to the game. About my edit done to the PAD section, I checked out some Korean blog posts by テンドーブレード users, and I got to see this one post about how to change settings in テンドーブレード. But it was just one source stating something about PAD, and it doesn't work for you and me (yeah, I tried to connect PAD but it didn't work out with テンドーブレード). I'm left with the problem of when would patch 1.02 for テンドーブレード be released (since there seems to be some in-game glitches unresolved)... Don't even know if it would be released.
Anyways, I'd like to thank you for your help done to テンドーブレード. Right now I'm in the midst of getting barraged by tons of work that I can barely manage to translate dialogues/speeches in the game. If I get enough time I'll try to upload more stuff on the articles. Deathsoul4 22:30, October 28, 2010 (UTC)
You're welcome and I do hope they get pad support in. Sakuya would appreciate it~
I have another query though. I got now-redundant pictures I want deleted. Who do I talk to about that? D: ChaosZero 23:59, October 28, 2010 (UTC)
For that, just blank the content for the page that has the picture in it, and replace the content with this template: {{delete}} . Deathsoul4 03:45, October 29, 2010 (UTC)
Ah. MariArigato! ChaosZero 14:54, October 29, 2010 (UTC)
No Problemo. Happy Halloween XD Deathsoul4 03:43, October 30, 2010 (UTC)
Happy Halloween :F ChaosZero 06:50, October 31, 2010 (UTC)
I didn't get the hint for that hax pic D:
how the hell did you get summons in the early part of the game O-o. I cleared it patched to 1.01 nao but still no new game+ and my items don't get carried over :/ --Bnelsey 00:26, November 2, 2010 (UTC)
i.e. that screenshot has been rigged XD all I did was just copy & paste my stronger party onto a separate screenshot with Sanae in it. In the hint, I was trying to say that there is no possible way to get Okuu & summons before defeating Sanae, cuz there is no way you can even encounter either of them unless you beat all 4 early bosses (Sanae, Reisen, Yamame, and Sakuya). Deathsoul4 00:29, November 2, 2010 (UTC)
ofc it's not a game hax XD although I'd like to perform some hax on games I don't find it quite useful at some times... Unless it's something really funny. Deathsoul4 00:39, November 2, 2010 (UTC)
Hax :( ChaosZero 16:37, November 3, 2010 (UTC)

Tendo Blade: The Alice Quest

you'll need four types of items altogether: -2x sand items that comes from the green snakes -4x ネジ (1000) + 2x of the cheapest gear (200), and 1x crown circuit (2900) <-- the gears that nitori sells

  • if you can't find green snakes anymore, do not let any member of the party wear the upgraded sword of Hisou :3
  • I think the one worth 2900 is called a "crown circuit", not really sure when Nitori starts selling this but i bought my first one after beating like 3 of the main bosses
  • I heard that the crown circuit also drops from overload and megamari-styled Inaba, i hunted them myself when Nitori still didn't sell them but it never dropped :/ (killed like 10 overloads and 5 inaba)
  • overload is that hyperactive thingy near Eirin, near the item "sands of time" which allows acting in sakuya's warudo

I'd love to answer a few more questions too since your walkthrough taught me how to get mokou ^^ how do i do the new game+ btw, i can't seem to bring my items to the next game (in my runs on the unpatched version atleast, still have to clear a run with 1.01)

and yeah, i registered an account on the wiki after 2 years of using and just lurking(and will prolly continue to) just so i could tell about the alice quest, its reward is equal or possibly BETTER than sikieki's stick (I even used it against her lol) being a mechanical version of both lightning orb and judgement stick

--Bnelsey 16:31, October 30, 2010 (UTC)

oh crap when i started the game, the menu had a NIGHT sky instead, i was too surprised to take a pic and the only thing i thought of was to close the game then start it again to see if it was permanent, turns it it was only temporary :/ (couldn't do the night sky thing)
ever heard of this before?--Bnelsey 02:57, October 31, 2010 (UTC)
scratch that, didn't know the menu would change skies when left alone for a while lol

Hi there, I was kind of busy with my work and was not able to come to THwiki for a while. Thank you for your information. You must've read my walkthrough on my blog.
And yeah the background sky of the game start menu turns dark when you wait for a while. Sometimes it turns orange to XD.
As for the information on Alice's event, prolly the current information on Alice's event on the page for Tendo Bredo's events must be replaced with yours. Argh I've a lot of catching up to do (I've been busy for a while) Deathsoul4 08:07, November 1, 2010 (UTC)

Regarding the return to removals

The initial argument behind why we are removing them is because browsers have back buttons. However, upon further investigation, it appears that we have the possibility of implementing subpages that come with such a navigational hierarchy. Check it out here User:Tsukihime/Conventions/Comiket_79 --Tsukihime 03:22, 10 January 2011 (UTC)

That would be awesome if it were implemented! I'll look forward to it. Thx for the reply. Deathsoul4 03:32, 10 January 2011 (UTC)

Hi. Optional Request.

Hi Deathsoul4 :)

I just want to ask, how good is your Japanese, because I was wondering if you could translate Mitori's and Sasha's profiles (They both fanmade characters). You don't mind me asking do you? Tony64 (Talk/Con.) 22:56, 28 September 2011 (UTC)

Hello Tony. I'll see what I can do with the profiles. My translation is not too good so I might mess up on some of the translation. It would be good if someone can proofread them after I'm done. Deathsoul4 23:07, 28 September 2011 (UTC)
Thanks! Now, I'm no good with Japanese and I have been waiting too long for someone to translate these. What's wrong with this wiki? Anyway, I'm pretty sure someone will watch your back as you do them. Tony64 (Talk/Con.) 23:16, 28 September 2011 (UTC)

Hey. Thanks for doing those translations! I appreciate it. :)

I hope you don't mind me asking for another request, because if so, I was going to ask you to transcript and translate this and translate the music comments in SH. (If you don't know how to put the into the table on the first one, don't worry, just put them somewhere as a draft and I'll do it :). Again, I'm not forcing you to do this, it's up to you :) Tony64 (Talk/Con.) 17:40, 30 September 2011 (UTC)

For the music comments from Subterranean Hatred, I was going to work on that some day since it's up on the untranslated category, so that'll go up on the roster. I dunno about the one for PMiSS though... That seems like it'll take a while, so maybe I'll (or someone else will) be able to do it on the long run. Deathsoul4 17:48, 30 September 2011 (UTC)

Once again, thanks for translating those! :) I honestly thought they would have never been translated... Tony64 (Talk/Con.) 22:19, 9 October 2011 (UTC)

My pleasure. Drop by if you have any more requests :) Deathsoul4 22:19, 9 October 2011 (UTC)

Hi again Deathsoul4! Yes... I have yet another request. How are you with translating Chinese? Because if yes, than could you translate the link I provided on Meimu's page? Tony64 (Talk/Con.) 19:17, 12 October 2011 (UTC)

Err...... Sorry dude, I've no experience with Chinese (yeah, the Chinese characters that Japanese and Korean people use are quite different from the Chinese characters used by Chinese people - in pronunciation, use in sentences, etc.) I think either Nazeo or KyoriAsh might be better at Chinese, but they seem quite busy at the moment as well...... I'll look into it if you have any other Japanese->English translation requests. Again, sorry 'bout this. Deathsoul4 20:44, 12 October 2011 (UTC)
That is not a problem. It's not like it's a must type of thing or anything. Well, I did expect you to say no, so, no worries! ;) Tony64 (Talk/Con.) 20:56, 12 October 2011 (UTC)

Miscellaneous

Hi again. Just like to ask what "みんなどんどん編集してね!!!" translates to. Tony64 (Talk/Con.) 21:41, 16 October 2011 (UTC)

That should be "You all keep editing!!!". I'm curious where it came from... Deathsoul4 21:45, 16 October 2011 (UTC)
lol thanks. The speech came from here lol. As you can see in working on the Yukkuri page. Tony64 (Talk/Con.) 21:49, 16 October 2011 (UTC)
XD the front page is cute, good luck with your work buddy! Deathsoul4 21:50, 16 October 2011 (UTC)

Erm, I know no other language except for Spanish...

I know of some others that may be able to help you, although I'm not sure how busy they are...

Try these guys out, and hope that they are available to help! If I remember anyone else, I'll post them here!

Good luck fellas! ♥★♦ 00:19, 17 October 2011 (UTC)

Thanks for the info! As for now everything seems to be going OK. Deathsoul4 01:10, 17 October 2011 (UTC)

Wikipedia Jubokko

Hi again Deathsoul4. Now, you can spend whatever time you want with this request I'm about to give you. Hint of warning, it is nothing to do with Touhou and it came from here. I just want to create the Jubokko page on wikipedia because it seemed easy to add the info, but it turned out it got deleted back in 2007 (I wasn't around the Internet back then) due to lack of info, so I found the jp version, but due to my lack of info, I can't crerate the Jubokko page :'(. Here's the raw page on this wiki. Just simply replace the jp with en and ignore red links and other errors (since it's wikipedia lol).

I don't mean to be taking advantage, but you did say you'll do any requests. Is all this OK, or is it too much? If you want me to, I'll make sure all credit goes to you on wikipedia. Tony64 (Talk/Con.) 21:13, 18 October 2011 (UTC)

If it's simply translation I'll try to do my best with what I can do; if there are any sentences that I've no way to translate, they might be left in Japanese (probably then you might need to look into other people for help). I'll have trouble with the books and references especially, given that some might not have a translated English version of them.
But still, this might be the only time I'll do it since I wanted to focus on Touhou works on this wiki. Next time make sure that requests are Touhou-related. Then I'll be happy to work on the translation. Deathsoul4 00:02, 19 October 2011 (UTC)
Hey, thanks for doing that! :D I thought asking you would be best, since there isn't really anyone else who says "はい" to translate requests. Thanks one again~
Also, I think 日野巌 is "Iwao Hino", because Google says something about books with the name and 草野巧・戸部民夫 I think is "Kusano Takumi and Tobe Tamio" with very-long research, but I could be wrong. It's currently in my sandbox so some people can check to see if it can be accepted. Tony64 (Talk/Con.) 21:26, 19 October 2011 (UTC)
Actually the names you've suggested sound very likely, since Takumi and Tamio are some common Japanese given names. I think you can go ahead use those on the article. I'm just not sure about Iwao Hino yet, but people will drop by and correct it if it's incorrect. Good luck with that article! Deathsoul4 22:15, 19 October 2011 (UTC)

And here it is! Tony64 (Talk/Con.) 07:25, 20 October 2011 (UTC)
