Touhou Sangetsusei(Three Fairies) ~ Visionary Fairies in Shrine (東方三月精 ~ Visionary Fairies in Shrine) is a quarterly turned monthly Touhou official comic published by Kadokawa Shoten in Comp Ace. The story is written by ZUN, with illustrations by Makoto Hirasaka. It is the fourth entry in the Touhou Sangetsusei manga series, following on from Oriental Sacred Place after a four-year break.
