Touhou Sangetsusei(Three Fairies) ~ Visionary Fairies in Shrine (東方三月精 ~ Visionary Fairies in Shrine) is a quarterly Touhou official comic published by Kadokawa Shoten in Comp Ace. The story is written by ZUN, with illustrations by Makoto Hirasaka. It is the fourth entry in the Touhou Sangetsusei manga series, following on from Oriental Sacred Place after a four-year break.

Summary: The three mischievous fairies - Sunny Milk, Luna Child and Star Sapphire - overhear Reimu Hakurei mentioning their recent pranks might be "her" doing. After gathering information, they manage to find and befriend a brand new fairy! Their pranks are now going to be more insane than ever before!

Summary: It's spring, which means there'll be a cherry blossom viewing festival at the Hakurei Shrine. Every year, the three fairies will play some sort of prank on the festival's attendees (in their words, a "flower-viewing countermeasure"). This year, they decide to bring along their new friend and use her ability on a certain half-phantom gardener in their most maniacal prank yet!

Chapter Five: Reimu's Tour of Hell (January 26, 2017)

Summary: Following the start of the new year, Clownpiece is evicted from the Hakurei Shrine by Reimu after she nearly burns it down. As the Fairies attempt to figure out Clownpiece's next step, Reimu travels to Higan in order to learn more about Clownpiece's master, Hecatia Lapislazuli.

Chapter Six: The Shadow Lead Dies First (April 26, 2017)

Summary: On the day of the annual flower viewing, Reimu and Marisa find that the cherry trees still haven't bloomed, leading the Three Fairies plus Clownpiece to enact an old story in hopes that it will get them to blossom.
