Zenith of Antinomic Monarch/Characters

From Touhou Wiki
Jump to navigation Jump to search

Most of the characters in Zenith of Antinomic Monarch are original and non-existent in the Touhou Project. The following four are, however, officially part of the Touhou Project and are playable characters. The rest below, save for the stage 4 midboss, are the originals.

Playable Characters

Reimu Hakurei
Shrine Maiden of the Autumn Leaves

Reimu Hakurei
Playable Character

Species: Human

Ability: Mainly able to fly in the sky

The all-too-familiar Hakurei Shrine Maiden.

Strange white arrows were being shot from somewhere,
which led to anyone that got hit by them to say and do things
that go against their usual demeanor. She first heard of the news from her
friend(ly rival) Marisa, and after being spurred on further by a certain crow tengu,
she decided to head out and investigate the cause behind this chaos.

One can only fathom just what would happen if this
distortion phenomenon was allowed to continue until it reached a critical point,
and she wasn’t willing to let whatever outcome of that come to fruition.

Marisa Kirisame
Puella Magi of the Autumn Rain

Marisa Kirisame
Playable Character

Species: Human

Ability: Able to use magic

An ordinary magician with a mania for collecting things.
She may seem twisted, but she’s actually the most straightforward.

Speaking of twisted people, she was one of the first people outside the mountain to take notice of the Distortion Incident. As someone who studies in the field of magic, she’s amassed some valuable insight on the nature of the white arrows, and the magic energy they were composed of.

This knowledge would end up proving quite useful once she was called upon to resolve
a particular affair on Youkai Mountain involving an invasion of sorts. The specifics of those sorts of things didn’t really matter to her, however; if it seems interesting enough, she’ll take on anything.

Aya Shameimaru
Reporter of the Autumn Wind

Aya Shameimaru
Playable Character

Species: Tengu

Ability: Able to manipulate wind

A tengu who works as a news reporter.
As a resident of Youkai Mountain, and more specifically the Tengu District,
she was part of a group that was more directly affected by its invasion.

The tengu naturally tried to counterattack, even calling upon reinforcement in the form of kappa and the like, but the perpetrator boasted abilities that were far beyond what all of them were used to, leaving them utterly powerless to stop the Tengu District from being seized. At this point, it was clear that relying on outside help was the tengu’s best bet, thus the Great Tengu Iizunamaru called upon her subordinates, the crow tengu, to spread the word about the invasion as a last-ditch effort.

However, having doubts on if the two humans she scouted could handle themselves against this particular foe, and feeling that the situation still had many unanswered questions surrounding it, Aya decided to take action as well, despite her boss’s orders.

Seija Kijin
Amanojaku Fighting Against the Autumn

Seija Kijin
Playable Character

Species: Amanojaku

Ability: Able to reverse anything

An amanojaku who caused a series of uproars some while ago.
She had no involvement in causing this particular incident, though, and is really more of a side character that just so happens to have gotten unwillingly dragged into the whole thing.

To be clear, she’s a victim of those mind-warping white arrows, having gotten hit by one while napping on the outskirts of Gensokyo. However, because she was already an unpleasant individual to begin with, the arrow that pierced her had an entirely different effect on her psyche. Long story short, it made her want to actually resolve the incident.

But unlike most of those affected, she’s somehow aware that her personality was altered, and her nature as an amanojaku just wouldn’t accept these disgusting thoughts.

…Well, if the only way to dislodge the arrow from her heart is to defeat the person who shot it in the first place, so be it. Thus, her rebellious spirit flared up for the first time in ages.

Nene Yamaba (山羽 音々 Yamaba Nene) is the stage 1 boss and midboss, and the extra stage midboss.

Concept

Name

The name "Nene" (音々) doesn't have an any true meaning, but can closely translate to "sound sound".
The iteration mark ( noma) in her name denotes that the kanji before it should be repeated, hence her name would be rendered as 音音.

"Yamaba" (山羽) translates to "mountain feather".

Appearance

Official Profiles

Zenith of Antinomic Monarch - Nene Yamaba's Profile (Stage 1)

Species: Yama-orabi

Ability: Amplifying sounds

A noise-loving bird youkai living on Youkai Mountain.

Nicknamed “lion birds” by the Gensokyo locals, the yama-orabi have a love for shouting,
and are adept at mimicking any sound they’ve recently heard. If you’ve ever heard a
disembodied voice shouting “Yai-yai” while trekking though the mountains,
that’s likely the work of a yama-orabi.

Despite sharing some traits with the yamabiko, the yama-orabi are in fact a separate species of youkai.

She is able to pick up even the faintest of noises and reverberate the sounds far and wide,
channeling this ability through a megaphone-esque device chained to her neck
(Though, most of the time, she doesn’t use this ability for anything except amplifying her own voice).

This ability of hers also has offensive capabilities, including amplifying her voice loud enough
to send devastating shock waves towards those who threaten her.

She may seem like a wild child, but she's actually a good girl at heart.

At one point, while flying around at the foot of Youkai Mountain,
a mysterious white arrow struck her heart. Fortunately(?), the most it did was amplify her
fighting spirit, but unfortunately for her, she inadvertently ended up picking a fight with a rather
strong opponent, and was thereby punished.

She’s behaving herself once again by now.

Zenith of Antinomic Monarch - Nene Yamaba's Profile (Extra)

The mountain-dwelling lion bird has shown up once again.

Apparently, she’s been collaborating with another resident of Youkai Mountain recently.

Normally, Nene would be off making noise by herself,
but it would seem that she was approached by the Phantom King living
on Youkai Mountain, who wished to make use of Nene's noise-amplification abilities for her
own purposes. Being the sound junkie that she is, Nene immediately accepted the proposal.

In accordance to the Phantom King's request, she's been amplifying the sounds of
the tsukumogami festival that had been set up, channeling the noise across great
distances with her megaphone. At the same time, she's been acting as a guide for
the party-goers and leading them towards the party’s central point on Youkai Mountain.

During this time, a group of party-crashers came along and shot her down.

Yai yai, how cruel…

Name

"Margarita" is the Latinate form of "Margaret" used in several languages, including Russian. The name itself is used in Spanish to refer to the daisy flower.
"Kodama" (樹神) roughly means "tree spirit". Its pronunciation is based on a pun of kodama (木霊), a tree spirit from Japanese folklore.

Species: Leshy

Ability: Manipulating flora and fauna

A goat-hooved woodland spirit who presides over forest ecosystems.
She is also the ruler of Gensokyo’s forest fae.

She speaks in the sort of flowery, archaic manner one would expect from
a long-lived tutelary deity, which leads to her having a rather odd and sometimes
cryptic way with words that only her subjects can truly understand. She acts neutral and
even benevolent towards most humans, but she also has a temperamental nature
similar to a fairy’s.

Every once in a while, she’d use her groundcherry-shaped lantern and
her shapeshifting abilities to lead unwary travelers astray in the woods
until they end up feeling hopelessly lost, or kidnap children who wander too
far into the woods alone and make them her own.

There’s also been several occasions where she sent her subjects to
lay waste to the homes of those who willingly tamper with the balance of nature.

It’s because of such things that humans generally try to avoid getting on her bad side
(especially in the summer months, when the heat makes her somewhat moodier),
taking care not to harm the forest's flora on purpose or hunt the local animals for sport.
It's also customary for travelers to offer her salted breads (her favorite food) as a gesture of goodwill.
In exchange, she’ll perhaps offer a gift or two of her own, such as food or hand-crafted decorations.

Despite the aforementioned, she’s also a bit shy, and isn’t able to operate well
outside of forest environments, and if she were to ever venture out into an open field
with few trees around, she'll shrink to the size of a blade of grass.

As she was making preparations for her winter hibernation,
she caught wind of an unusual human/youkai having entered her domain,
and went to assess the situation. However, it wouldn't be long before she'd end up
being dragged into a spell card duel with said visitor (this didn’t exactly bother her, however;
she’s always been fond of card games).

Name

"Shu" () is a Chinese name meaning "pure" or "virtuous".
"Zheng" () is the name of an ancient state in the Henan province. It's derived from "Zheng He", whose expedition to East Africa had contributed to the association of giraffes with the mythical Qilin.

"Kumolopard" is a pun on "kumo" ( lit. "cloud") and "camelopard",the latter being an archaic term referring to the giraffe.

Species: Kirin

Ability: Playing notes of tranquility

A divine beast from the mainland who drifts about on Youkai Mountain’s plateaus.

The kirin are a species that bear a strong sense of justice that,
when combined with their supernatural ability to sense the wickedness in humans,
makes them a valued asset of the Ministry of Right and Wrong; it’s not uncommon to find
kirin working part-time or even full-time jobs as assistants for the Yama.

They’re benevolent towards those who are pure of heart,
and absolutely merciless towards the wicked.

On occasion, Shu will travel around to various places across Gensokyo and play soothing songs on her erhu.
Anyone who hears the music from her erhu will find themselves eased by its sound,
and any feelings of rage or hostility within their heart will be instantly dissipated.
This music is also said to be able to calm violent storms and pacify vengeful spirits.

This time, at the request of the Yamaxanadu, she and several other kirin
had been working on doing damage control on the incident in Gensokyo. In her case,
she was to make full use of her abilities for the sake of undoing the distortions the arrows caused,
and preventing any violent outbreaks. Though, while she was aware that the incident had come from
Youkai Mountain, she was uncertain as to the exact nature of the mastermind,
nor what their intentions were.

At any rate, she figured that some sort of emergency was occurring there,
so once she made out a group of humans and youkai traversing the haze-covered False Heaven Shelf,
her kirin instincts kicked in and she felt obligated to drive these girls back, since she felt
they'd be in danger (or in Seija's case, because she felt her to be a danger in of itself).

In the end, Shu had discovered that not only were the girls stronger than she initially assumed,
but that their goals aligned with hers, thus she allowed them to travel further up the mountain,
while also monitoring them from a distance.

(P.S: The nebulous familiar she’s riding on is known as “Kumolopard”.
As his name suggests, he’s a cloud-like entity that looks exceedingly like a giraffe.
He’s brimming with curiosity, but his innocuous appearance belies his true strength; Once he perceives
a threat, he’s able to quickly dispatch it by breathing holy fire from his mouth.)

Species: Harvest God

Ability: Governing autumn harvests

Autumn, the season in which life and death dance hand-in-hand.

Minoriko is a goddess who governs abundant autumn harvests,
while her older sister, Shizuha, governs the reddening of autumn leaves.
The two work together as symbols of Gensokyo's autumn season,
with Minoriko in particular being called upon as a guest of honor
every year at the Human Village's harvest festival.

During this time, she's usually busy tending to the crops in the villagers' fields,
giving prosperity to the harvest and ensuring proper growth and abundance. Rather unusually
for her, however, she's recently been working alongside another harvest god in an effort
to deal with the mastermind of the Distortion Incident.

You see, as someone closely related to the residents of the village,
she was one of the people who was especially worried about the incident,
and how the humans affected by the strange arrows were unable to function properly.

Unfortunately, she'd been at a loss for some time as to who could be behind such a phenomenon.
But then, she managed to get her hands on one of the Tengu's SOS newspapers,
and discovered some names that sounded familiar to her.

As it turns out, this incident's mastermind was an individual who’s two degrees separated
from a senior of hers. Therefore, Minoriko went ahead and enlisted the help of said senior in
resolving the incident at its core.

In exchange for being brought in to deal with the culprit, Minoriko was placed in the gods’ front line,
and tasked with sending away anyone who got too close to the incident's epicenter in the Tengu District.
This was to allow the senior and her colleagues to handle the matter on their own,
and prevent any collateral damage that may occur. As such, it was to be expected that
she'd have to stand in the way of Reimu and company as they traveled up
the Waterfall of Nine Heavens.

Minoriko's never been good at fighting, but she also couldn't bring herself to back down.
After all, this was the least she felt she could do for pulling Princess Inada away
from her work so abruptly.

Yaegaki Tempest

Kushinada Yaegaki (八重垣 奇稲田 Yaegaki Kushinada) is the stage 4 boss.

Concept

Kushinada is based on Kushinadahime (クシナダヒメ), the wife of Susanoo-no-Mikoto generally considered to be a goddess of rice paddies.
Her most well-known appearance comes from the Yamata-no-Orochi myth, in which she was the last of eight daughters to be sacrificed to the titular beast,
before Susanoo came along and offered to slay it in exchange for Kushinadahime's hand in marriage.

Name

"Kushinada" (奇稲田) translates to "wonderful rice paddy".
"Yaegaki" (八重垣) means "eight-fold fence", and is derived from the waka Susanoo composed following his confrontation with Yamata-no-Orochi.

Species: God (former human)

Ability: Governing rice harvests

A divine spirit who brings prosperity to rice paddies across Japan.

Her authority may seem trivial on its surface, but rice is considered a
staple food in certain parts of the Outside World, and it's an essential ingredient in
various Japanese dishes, such as saké, katsudon, sushi, mochi, etc.
Being a goddess whose duty is to provide blessings to rice paddies and assure their flourishment,
she's managed to amass quite a bit of faith from rice farmers.

She’s known by a number of monikers, one of them being “Princess Inada”.

Back when she was human, she lived together with her parents and seven older sisters,
but at some point, an eight-headed serpent came along and devoured her sisters one by one.
Eventually, she was the only one left, but she was saved by a certain storm god who'd
been banished from Takamagahara for his misbehavior.

She and the storm god had fallen in love with one another, and they eventually married.

For a long time, Kushinada, her husband Susanoo, and her surviving family
had all lived in relative peace alongside the other Amatsukami, but eventually,
an unfortunate incident occurred. Susanoo, in an effort to prevent any further trouble
between him and his fellow Myriad Gods, had secretly undergone a ritual to seal away the
tempestuous half of his being---his Ara-Mitama.

But of course, like with the satori who shut her mind-reading third eye
to keep people from hating her, sealing off a core part of oneself for
the sake of pleasing others always comes at a price.

In Susanoo's case, the Ara-Mitama gradually built up inside him, and without a vent
to dissipate those aggressive emotions, something wicked would eventually come
to form within his body. In the end, the seal broke, and the storm god had
expelled an ink-black substance from his mouth, which then took on the
form of a terrifying and powerful demon goddess.

The demon had gone on a rampage soon after her birth, wreaking havoc across Takamagahara.
Worse yet, her power was so immense that the Myriad Gods could barely contain her.
After a series of failed counterattacks, the gods eventually managed to calm her down
by (unofficially) giving her a spot amongst the Amatsukami.

The goddess normally chose to stay firmly in Takamagahara, but one day, for a
particular reason, she had made the decision to cross the Heavenly Floating Bridge
and descend to the lower realm. Kushinada and the others weren't aware of it initially,
but after one of the Myriad Gods stationed on earth had reported the goddess’s current
whereabouts, Kushinada and her husband had decided to gather a group of some of the more powerful
kami (along with several deities borrowed from other pantheons as reinforcement) and plan
yet another counterattack.

Learning from their previous quarrels, the godly army had decided not
to immediately go on the offensive, but rather wait for an opportune moment,
then take out the goddess with a swift and mighty surprise attack.

As Kushinada sat outside of the Castle of Heavenly Wickedness,
waiting for a chance to call down her fellow gods, a hasty individual came along,
having forced her way through the line of defense that she'd established.

She figured that this was probably outrageous on some level,
but after being defeated, Kushinada decided to take advantage of this girl's strength,
as well as her insistence on fighting the castle's lady, and use her as a stool pigeon.

…Come to think of it, her husband used a similar approach on that serpent from long ago, didn't he?

Susa no Amanosaku (須佐 天魔雄) is the stage 5 boss and midboss, and the stage 6 midboss.

Concept

Amanosaku is the son of the goddess Amanozako. Though little information exists on this figure, his mother is said to have formed him on her own
without a partner. The resulting offspring turned out to be just as obstinate and disobedient as she was, and he was such trouble for the other gods
that he was placed in charge of all malevolent and rebellious kami.

Name

"Amanosaku" (天魔雄) roughly means "heavenly demon male". 雄 can also mean "superiority".

"Susa" (須佐) is derived from "Susanoo-no-mikoto", whose ara-mitama Amanozako had been born from.
The "no" () hiragana, used to indicate possession of something, also serves as a pun on Susanoo's name.

Species: Wakemitama(?)

Ability: Inflicting curses

A descendant of the goddess Amanozako.
Using a magic scroll he carries with him, he has the ability to
induce a number of negative effects on just about any entity.

His mother has always been an obstinate person, so he wasn't conceived through
traditional means. Instead, he was born via a complex method that involved her
absorbing the negative essence of her surroundings, congealing it, and then expelling it
from within her body. As such, he's inherited quite a number of her traits,
including her less-than-favorable disposition.

Also, because of the method used to conceive him, he's in the grey area of being
less developed than a true god, but simultaneously above the level of your average divine spirit.
He was tentatively classed as a "Wakemitama" since it was the best descriptor
available for his existence, but even so, it likely isn’t a 100% accurate one.

Despite his penchant for impertinence and his terrible affinity with most of the other gods,
he possesses a surprising amount of self-restraint (when compared to his mother, at least).
For this reason (and several others), the Amatsukami had placed him in charge of managing
the more malevolent and rambunctious gods. Things like pestilence gods, curse gods, misfortune gods,
and even just exceptionally powerful youkai and vengeful spirits, Amanosaku's duty is to tame them
and make sure they cause as little trouble as possible, while also acting as their mediator.

One day, Amanozako had told him that she was heading down to earth in
order to find something she lost. Amanosaku decided to come along and help her,
feeling that something interesting might happen along the way.
He most certainly didn't expect to come across some of his distant relatives
while he was there, nor did he expect his mother to want to take over said relatives' home base,
but Amanosaku has always been somewhat of a mama’s boy, so he went along with it.

The similarities in his name to that of the tengu boss "Tenma" are purely coincidental,
in case you were wondering.

Concept

Amanozako is based on the goddess of the same name, a foul-tempered deity who's said to be the ancestor of tengu, amanojaku,
along with other youkai who share her contrarian nature and short temper. She was born as a result of Susanoo-no-Mikoto allowing his Ara-Mitama
to build up until he eventually vomited her out.

Nickname: Princess Amanozako (天逆毎姫)

Species: God, tengu, amanojaku
Ability: Drawing out vices

A mighty god of rebellion born from Susanoo’s Ara-mitama.
She’s the ancestor of the tengu and amanojaku.

Not only is she capable of flying at high speeds, but she also possesses incredible strength,
and her teeth are said to easily tear through blades.

Having been born from a temperamental storm god, she has a short fuse and a wild,
unpredictable nature. Whenever something occurred that didn't suit her fancy,
she became livid and went on a destructive rampage, tearing through her surroundings and
hurling her fellow gods across a thousand ri. She also has a contrarian streak,
taking pleasure in doing the opposite of what others expect.

Needless to say, the gods don't want anything to do with her.

What had initially caused her to show up in Gensokyo was a matter surrounding
an artifact of hers. Her crown, a symbol of her status and power, had been lost down on earth.
It's unclear as to how it managed to get lost in the first place (probably an accident or something),
but she decided to take matters into her own hands and head down from Takamagahara to look for it,
alongside her son Amanosaku.

During her searching, she discovered something amazing: Hundreds of tengu,
living deep within a certain mountain. Indeed, one of the species born of her very lineage.

Youkai such as them were thought to have faded away once the humans of the Outside World
exchanged phantasm for science, and yet here they were, alive and well in this so-called
"Land of Fantasy". Amanozako was quick to act upon making this discovery.

With so many tengu gathered in one place, it made perfect sense for her,
the tengu's ancestor, to claim that area for herself.

Naturally, the tengu themselves were opposed to such an unforeseen event,
and thus attempted to drive her away, but the tenacious Amanozako made full use of
her abilities and strength and overpowered just about everything they threw at her.

In the end, the long battle between youkai and god…ended in god victory.

To cement her status as ruler of Youkai Mountain, Amanozako had used her magical power to
conjure a magnificent castle right in the heart of the Tengu District,
known as the "Castle of Heavenly Wickedness". However, this victory on its own wasn't
enough to satisfy her, so she decided to stir up trouble in the foothills as
a means of entertaining herself.

The white arrows raining down on Gensokyo are a product of her ability to draw out vices.
When it lands on a person's chest, the arrow is able to take the "inner darkness" residing in
the hearts of all sentient beings and bring it to the surface, causing the affected individual
to "distort" as they succumb to their own negative emotions and desires.

Using this ability, she's able to cause clever people to become overly conceited,
and foolish people to lose control of their tempers.

At some point, without fully realizing it herself, Amanozako had all but abandoned
her initial goal of finding her crown again, in favor of further expanding her influence over Gensokyo.
She became as insatiable as a child in a confectionery shop, and with seemingly nobody left to oppose her,
it wouldn't be long before she started having thoughts about bringing the entirety
of Gensokyo under her rule.

However, a bird can only fly as high as the sky where the warm sun dwells.

In all her hubris, she never even imagined that her fellow Amatsukami would
come up with a plan to ambush her at the last minute. Talk about a reversed Wheel of Fortune…[1]

Nickname: Chirizuka-kaiou (塵塚怪王)

Species: Yamanba
Ability: Gathering dropped items

From the phantoms of the Netherworld to the rabbits of the Bamboo Forest,
it is said that there is no group in existence which does not have a ruler.
Sagiso in particular is the ruler of the tsukumogami.

To many residents of Gensokyo, including her subjects, she’s known as the "Phantom King".

She's a bit more sociable when compared to her fellow yamanba,
but she's still a recluse who rarely ventures outside of Youkai Mountain on her own.
Her preferred company is the tsukumogami, who in turn considered her
a kind and venerable mother figure.

Because she exists so closely alongside the tsukumogami, she's heard endless stories of
the tools’ owners throwing them out when they became useless, or simply forgetting about them
entirely, leaving them to collect dust for years.

Feeling pity for these tools, she's made it a goal of hers to make
sure that no object would be abandoned or forgotten ever again.

She uses her ability to remotely draw in items that were lost or forsaken by their owners,
fixes any damage done to the object, and then trusts her underlings with various tasks
such as searching around for the object's original owner. If the original owner cannot
retrieve the item for whatever reason, she'll keep the item and care for it while
also searching around for anyone compatible enough with the items in question.

Most of the time, Sagiso is perfectly comfortable with doing work from the shadows,
but on this occasion, a particular task had required her to come out into the light.

At some point during the events of the main incident, Sagiso had drawn in the crown
belonging to Susa no Amanozako. She initially had no clue as to who the crown’s owner was,
but she was able to discern that it was an otherworldly thing. She managed to figure out the
owner's identity eventually, but before she knew it, Amanozako and her son had already left
Gensokyo and returned to Takamagahara, completely forgetting the crown on earth.

This put Sagiso at a standstill. Takamagahara is a sacred land that is only accessible to
gods and divine spirits; Even if she managed to cross the Heavenly Floating Bridge, a lowly
youkai such as her would be turned away at its doorstep. Still, she couldn't bring herself
to give up on her mission.

Just then, she remembered a certain legend about the sun goddess Amaterasu.
When Amaterasu hid away within Ama-no-Iwato and enveloped the world in darkness,
Ame-no-Uzume had decided to put on a humorous performance for her fellow gods.
The noise coming from outside the cave lured Amaterasu out of hiding,
thus bringing light to the world once again.

"Perhaps I should try something like that..."

With that thought in mind, she began gathering tsukumogami from across
Gensokyo and drawing them towards Youkai Mountain for a party,
which she referred to as the "Night Parade of a Hundred Instruments".
Her goal was to cause enough of a ruckus that Amanozako would take notice and
head to earth to investigate the source, which would give Sagiso an opportunity
to return the crown to her. With the help of noisy youkai such as Nene,
she had high hopes of accomplishing her task.

Now, one might wonder why Sagiso would go through all this trouble,
when Amanozako likely would've returned to look for the crown regardless of her input.

Well, one part of it may have been so that Amanozako immediately knew
where to look once she actually did return to earth. Another would’ve been because
Sagiso wanted to have one big excuse to do something fun with the tsukumogami of
Gensokyo. It’s always good to let your retainers indulge themselves
every now and then, you see.

Perhaps if she got lucky, the party could've attracted the attention of the
non-tsukumogami, such as youkai, spirits, or even humans, and they could all
enjoy themselves, make new friends and---in the case of the tools---find new, loving owners.

If only she hadn’t chosen to organize such an event in the hours just
before dawn, when folks like the Hakurei shrine maiden would rather be asleep…

Ability: Severing arms

A tsukumogami born from a karabitsu box.

She's one of the earliest tsukumogami picked up by Sagiso,
and she acts as her steed. She's bigger on the inside, and has a
large collection of extendable arms stored beneath her lid,
all of which were taken from various hand-possessing beings
(mostly humans).

She’s docile and friendly if unprovoked, but if her arms are
intentionally severed/heavily damaged, rumor has it that Alicia
will retaliate by using her sharp nails to sever the aggressor's
arm (or equivalent) and integrate it into her being.

By the way, she’s very fond of rabbits.
