Touhou Motetai 2013 (東方モテタイ2013) is a doujin album by 東方モテタイ制作委員会 or Sound CYCLONE released on 2013-12-30 (Comiket 85). It features vocal and instrumental arrangements of themes from Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, Perfect Cherry Blossom, Imperishable Night and Phantasmagoria of Flower View.
The album is the finale in a series of 3 collaborations centered around the same theme (see here for details) and features arrangements from a number of Touhou music circles. The album can be downloaded for free by scrolling down to the "disc info" section of the official download page and following the link labeled "楽曲のダウンロード" to a Japanese file hosting website, for detailed download instructions see the notes section at the bottom of the page.

You will be brought to a confirmation page if the text was entered correctly, simple click the blue link labeled "＜ダウンロードする | click here to start download. ＞" to start the download, if the download does not start automatically then click the blue link labeled "こちら" to manually start it.
