Touhou Sangetsusei (Three Fairies)  ~ Eastern and Little Nature Deity (東方三月精 ~ Eastern and Little Nature Deity) is the first entry in the Touhou Sangetsusei manga series, which was serialized in MediaMix Game Magazine[1] from May 2005 to May 2006. The manga is drawn by Nemu Matsukura and written by ZUN.

However, Matsukura had to give up the project for health reasons, after which it was relaunched as Strange and Bright Nature Deity with Makoto Hirasaka taking over as artist.

On Jan 26, 2007, the tankoubon (graphic novel compilation) of Eastern and Little Nature Deity went on sale, containing the bonus written story "Fairy of the Moon" with illustrations by Chiha Ayami (綾見ちは). Also included is a CD.
