This timeline is probably how the official storyline goes, although it cannot be guaranteed to be 100% accurate.

• Colors

Light orange - The character's story mode battles. It is presumed that the character "wins" this battle.

Grey - The character is the opponent in another character's story mode.

Red - The character's ending in her story mode.

Light blue - The character makes an appearance during another character's story mode ending or is involved in an event.

• Arrows (→) - The character's story mode continues through that time period

Notes

• Ichirin's scenario happens in the middle of Byakuren's, as we can infer from the dialogues and the fact that Byakuren learns about Kokoro's existence in Ichirin's ending.
• Nitori's movements are as follows:

Gets invited to Myouren Temple after fighting with Ichirin → Sets up her stall there → During her scenario, decides to move to the Hakurei Shrine → Taking apart her stall at the Myouren Temple before fighting with Futo → Sets up her stall at the Hakurei Shrine and then her ending happens.

• Koishi's scenario happens after every scenario ending with Kokoro searching for her Mask of Hope as she reveals she's the one who stole it. Her ending also happens right before Miko's, as it is stated that Kokoro soon enough obtained the New Mask of Hope.
