Slit-mouthed Princess Mimika Nishikuchi Species: Kuchisake-onna Ability: Manipulating cuts A beautiful woman with a cute appearance, but a problematic personality. She is an urban legend who appeared in Gensokyo attacking humans by asking if she was pretty. If they answered yes, she would show her large cut on her mouth from ear to ear and do exactly the same to her victims. She is initially polite, but when you reveal her cut mouth, she becomes passive aggressive and usually attacks you. Normal humans unfortunately can never escape from her big, cute scissor. Harbinger of Tumultuous Tempests Leni Krausenhaüer Species: Magician Ability: Accelerating growth Generation after generation, the Krausenhaüer family passes on the talents of masterfully crafting and manipulating experiences only alchemy can deliver. And so do they inherit the weight of living up to their ancestors' reputation. Unfortunately, Leni wasn't born to do that. Ever since she found out about having to prosper in life through working with her family on the forge, she abhorred the idea. Throughout her youth, many battles were fought over the responsibilities she had. Relinquishing this, her only other alternative to not be disowned was indirectly aiding her family through other means. As a truce, she was allowed to experiment on botany, cultivating exquisite species that were previously untested on the family's experiments. It wasn't love at first sight, but once she figured out she had an exceptional talent at handling each species' growth, a passion for it was born. Eventually, she figured she could hasten the development of many more elements around her, and even help others in their treatments. She never told anyone about this, except her brother. She's not the villain here, but regardless of her position of alienation from her family, she's still a representative of the Krausenhaüer. |

Profusely Righteous Vindicator Albretch Krausenhaüer Species: Magician Ability: Precise tool handling Runes have long been a coveted mystery to the Krausenhaüer family, but the latest child in the tree was their last needed resource to further invest forces into deciphering the thaumaturgy behind them. Developing them is as much of an alchemy process as it is a magic one. And Albretch excelled at that. The skill he possesses in handling the most minute details in forging is commended, but within him, the process is nearly entirely dedicated to keeping the optics of his family of him. He has a very profound interest in knowing more about the magic of this world, and carefully executes his own trials. His delicateness has been strongly associated with the unusualness of men partaking in danmaku duels. Traditionally, danmaku has been seen as a feminine expression, despite many duels or battles being lethal, especially in the past. The advent of the new spell card rules severely reduced the danger in these altercations, and men partook in it even less. He's not confident enough to publicly go against vociferous claims against him, despite those close to him supporting him in that, but he hopes that this landscape eventually changes in the future. As a son of the Krausenhaüer, he has to deal with the consequences of living in this house. |
