Description

kimino-museum is a circle whose Touhou arrangements are "made with the sense of respect to ZUN!!", as they like to put it. This means that many of the lyrics written by the circle are done so with an understanding of the lore of Touhou. The circle's music is largely written and arranged by members PHEVOTT and fanfan., who place an emphasis on all the music being performed live in studio as opposed to being programmed. The musical style itself can vary greatly from song to song, but it can be generally described as rock music with an emphasis on instrumental performance and vocal duets. The circle will occasionally even go so far as to feature three vocalists on the same track. In contrast to the circle's song-driven arrangement albums, their original works tell album spanning stories written by lyricist 黒岩サトシ, with each vocalist playing one or more roles in the scenario.

In late 2011, PHEVOTT and fanfan. would form Arte Refact/Studio Arte along with 五条下位 of SYNC.ART'S, どぶウサギ of dBu music, 矢鴇つかさ of Sound Online and K2 of C-CLAYS.
