Lyrics:

From Touhou Wiki
Jump to navigation Jump to search
Library-type Mobile Fortress by Pizuya's Cell
Original Romanized Translation

hitotabi mayou to nidoto derarenai meizu no you na ookina toshokan deshou? tenjou mo mienai uzu takaku tsumareta shomotsu doko made mo nobite iku no achikochi ni taterareta tou ima ni mo kuzuresou da

Get lost once and you can’t get away anymore It’s a library as big as a maze, don’t you think? You can’t even see its ceiling Due the amount of books piled high; Just for how long does it keep on going? The towers built here and there Seems to be about to crumble down even now

nihyaku nen mo no tsukihi wo kakete tsukuridasareta atarashii jidai ni ukabu chishiki no ie

Something created staking a period of two hundred years, The house of knowledge floating in a modern time

その名も

sono na mo

And its name is…

kore zo daikuuchuu yousai toshokan watashi dake no oashisu ten ni matataku hoshi no kakera mo todoite shimaisou oozora o mau yousai toshokan hijouguchi wa nai kedo sugoku tayoreru anzen shisetsu pinchi no toki wa mukae ni yuku kara

This is the great mid-air library-stronghold An Oasis just for me I feel like I could even get to the point I could reach the fragments of stars glittering in the firmament; There’s no emergency exit In the library-stronghold swirling in the empireal But it’s a secure institution you could rely on Because when you’ll be in a pinch, I’ll come rescue you

There’s no point in searching for a way out You can’t struggle your way towards it For this bookshelf moving on its own Will block your path

doko e yuku no? sekkaku tsukamaete ageta no ni abunai mono ga takusan soto ni wa aru nda kara

Where are you going? Even though I finally grasped you Because there are so many dangerous things outside…

yume no daikuuchuu yousai toshokan roman hou mo tsuiteru shiro to chakudatsu kanou na shisetsu osanpo mo kantan zutto hikage de netto mo dekiru totemo kaiteki deshou? koko ni kowai mono wa nani mo nai dakara watashi ni subete wo sasagete

The great mid-air library-stronghold of dreams Comes along with cannons of romance; It’s a place that can attach and detatch itself from the castle And can even easily take a walk Or surf the internet all day long on its own Sure sounds comfortable, right? There’s nothing scary in it So, devote your whole self to me!

daikuuchuu yousai toshokan watashi dake no oashisu ten ni matataku hoshi no kakera mo todoite shimaisou oozora o mau yousai toshokan hijouguchi wa nai kedo sugoku tayoreru anzen shisetsu pinchi no toki wa mukae ni yuku kara soko de matteite sugu ai ni iku kara soshite enjin e

The great mid-air library-stronghold An Oasis just for me I feel like I could even get to the point I could reach the fragment of stars glittering in the firmament; There’s no emergency exit In the library-stronghold swirling in the empireal But it’s a secure institution you could rely on Because when you’ll be in a pinch, I’ll come rescue you Just wait here Because I’ll come as soon as I can to meet you And then, we’ll start its engine…

Lyrics source: Translated by Shion.

– ロマン砲 (roman hou), second to last stanza. Mh… “roman” could be both “romantic” or “roman”, but I can’t tell. “hou” is cannon or artillery, but I can’t figure out what’s its meaning. Probably some quote I didn’t get. Don’t trust my translation of this word, I couldn’t figure it out as much as I wish I could.

– Very last stanza, last sentence. There’s no verb, but it’s a common japanese structure to avoid saying an obvious verb. So, I’ve added it anyways in the translation.
