Pizuya's Cell x MyonMyon is a collaboration circle between members of the doujin music circles Pizuya's Cell and MyonMyon.

It is an Alice-centric album, with all arranged songs being either her stage themes or her boss themes. It was later released with vocals as Resurrection Ballad.
