Touhou Mugensai(Fantasy Festival) ~ Spell Card Fantasy (東方夢幻祭 ~ Spell Card Fantasy) is a vertical danmaku shooting fangame developed and published by Lucy LostWord. The demo is expected to release sometime during May 2025. It features a wide cast of characters taken from other works that Lucy LostWord has created as well as new characters made specifically for Spell Card Fantasy.

Spell Card Fantasy is divided into 6 "scenes", each starting out with a few bosses and midbosses before getting to the endboss. Each boss carries a couple of powerful spell cards.

Somehow, folks from other dimensions have appeared in Gensokyo, and gathered around to challenge anyone they come across to a danmaku battle with a warning or without. Those who chose to participate were aware of this. It also seems some new, unfamiliar faces have popped up, too…

How did this all start? Why did it start? What is the point of this weird thing everyone decided to do at once? Is it a welcome party for the dimension hoppers?

Reimu, Marisa, and Sakuya set out to find the culprit, but it seems they had chosen to participate, too, and following alongside them are two of the dimension hoppers and a human who was spirited away to Gensokyo.
