Touhou
After May 2009, it was relaunched in the Comp Ace magazine as Oriental Sacred Place.
Plot
The story continues where Eastern and Little Nature Deity left off, it focuses on the daily lives of the Three Fairies of Light : Sunny Milk, Luna Child and Star Sapphire, said to be typical residents of Gensokyo.
Name
"Sangetsusei" (三月精, also romanised as Sangessei[2]) translates roughly as "Three Fairies", but san (三) is pronounced like the English word "sun", getsu (月) means "moon" and sei (精) is pronounced like sei (星, "star"), alluding to the story's protagonists.[3]
Press
On Jan 26, 2008, the first volume of Strange and Bright Nature Deity went on sale. Volume 2 was released on Feb 18, 2009, and volume 3 was released on August 28, 2009. Each tankoubon release of a volume came with a CD (1, 2, 3).

Additional Information
- The first volume of the series uses Touhou Sangessei (とうほうさんげっせい) in the title's furigana, while the second and third volumes use Touhou Sangetsusei (とうほうさんげつせい). Sangessei is most likely a misspelling, considering that it has only been used once, while Sangetsusei has been used in Eastern and Little Nature Deity, Oriental Sacred Place and Visionary Fairies in Shrine.
