Review
The other of the two orchestral arrange CDs released in Reisaitai 3 by WAVE.
This album focuses more on the music of Phantasmagoria of Flower View, while having different remixes of both "風神少女" and "童祭 ～ Innocent Treasures". The featured instrument is a flute, unlike the other album featuring a violin as the main instrument. The instruments may differ slightly, but the intensity is not as high in this album, as it is mainly flute, whereas "Symphonic Caprice: "Evening Primrose" has violin which makes more intense.
