Translating あやかし

The title of this album was originally translated as 'Ayakashi Back Street,' but I don't think 'Ayakashi' works here, because Ayakashi is traditionally used as a term for the species of youkai that live on the surface of water (see this link for more info). The album art depicts a group of youkai in a back alley, so it is unlikely that BUTAOTOME is referring to the species 'Ayakashi' when using the word. Another meaning for あやかし in hiragana is 'youkai,' so translating it as 'youkai' here reflects the nature of the album better in my opinion. Biggest Dreamer (talk) 22:38, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
