Talk:Conquest -making perfect girls-
There's a blatant "perfect" spelling mistake. The album cover should be decisive in this regard imo. I feel like what happened is someone made a single typo on the official blog here, and though they never gave it a second thought, it was mindlessly copied over by some non-native English speaker onto an initial source, such as thwiki or vgmdb, and then spread to other databases like here, to the point where there are now more Google results for "conquest -making parfect girls-" than "conquest -making perfect girls-". Or perhaps the initial extraction didn't involve human eyes at all and it's just automated tools all the way down. In any case, the whole thing strikes me as absurd and we shouldn't be beholden to an obvious typing error. —Preceding unsigned comment added by HxH (talk • contribs)
- Spelling mistakes are not uncommon in album and track titles. All users, including you, already have the ability to move (rename) pages when needed to fix them. -- Mazian (talk) 04:15, 29 August 2018 (UTC)
- I know, I guess I'm wondering whether you and others agree with my interpretation or if I would get scolded for going against the "official" source website, despite the plausibility of a typo. I'm new here and don't know exactly how these ambiguities are dealt with, and whether everything is done mechanically or if there's consideration of human error factored in. Also I'm posting on mobile for the first time so apologies if the formatting is messed up on this Talk reply. HxH (talk) 17:10, 30 August 2018 (UTC)
