Does anyone know how to change the default controls? I go to the controls page in options but I can't seem to do anything there....

Is the clear bonus relevant for this page like for the others game? Anyway, i searched out how it was calculated, it seems it is something like that.
Normal : (lives in stock * 1 million) + 3.1 million points.
Lunatic : (lives in stock * 4 million) + 3.1 million points.
Extra : (lives in stock * 4 million) + 13 million points.
I don't understand why it is 3.1million and not 3million through. It doesn't seem to be related to the bomb or freeze counters.
