Talk:Impossible Spell Card/Music
反則... uh...
I feel like there's a bit of a dilemma here. "Cheating" seems like an inaccurate, yet convenient, way to translate this. I feel like "浮気" or possibly "不正行為" should be "cheating". Shouldn't "反則" be something more like "foul" and/or "foul play"? This would change "不可能弾幕には反則を" to the more-logical "A Foul on the Impossible Danmaku" ("against" doesn't really exist in this title). (It changes "反則の狼煙を上げろ" to "Raise the Signal Fire of Foul Play".) Code Slasher (talk) 00:03, 19 May 2014 (UTC)
Short-Lived -> Transient
Hi! So the reason for changing short-lived to transient and why I think it is a good idea is for the following reasons. One, short-lived and transient has the same meaning and transient I believe is more pleasing. Two, it was originally Eternal Transient Reign until someone changed it thinking it is referencing some joke or pun which if there is one has yet to be notated. Three, currently thpatch.net has it as Eternal Transient Reign and with the points above I think consistency between the translations would reduce confusion. Also, from a quick look online, it appears that Eternal Transent Reign appears just as much as Eternal Short-Lived Reign if not more, so I don't think changing this would result in additional confusion. --DTM (talk) 20:41, 1 March 2018 (UTC)
