Streams and Broadcasts subsection added, upgraded to own section since it's different enough from the other stuff. We need more than one item there, and I'm sure there are other regular broadcasts somewhere too. -C27 2012 14 March

Cirnos.net removed as it's effectively shut down while their new project is in the works. Gensokyo Radio added, they deserve a mention. -C27 2012 1 June

IRC channel list updated, removed NekoArc's dead irc.cirnos.net/irc.tsukihi.me channel and added #touhou on esper.net. -C27 2013 11 Apr
