Riko's title

Riko's title, 遠き音を届ける歌姫, is also mentioned by her a couple of times in the dialogue. We should definitely keep this consistent, so I changed the occurrences in the dialogue to be the same as when it states her title. This probably isn't the best translation, though, and it may be worth some discussion. I'm also not sure of whether it should be capitalized in the dialogue or not.Flan27 (talk) 19:30, 30 September 2013 (UTC)

Noticed it too. I need not to forget to check similar cases before releasing the patch Necrotek (talk) 19:40, 30 September 2013 (UTC)

If it's a title, that makes it a proper name, and so it should be capitalized in all instances. As far as getting a proper discussion for the translation of her title, if I feel unlazy sometime soon I'll start one on the "Characters" talk page, otherwise anyone can feel free to beat me to the punch. There's not too much to discuss, but it's just important that we reach a consensus. First of all, I think the plural "far-off sounds" makes more sense than the singular. I also like "far-off" better than "distant" (but it doesn't matter). The toughest part is probably 届ける which can be translated in a number of ways, such as "send", "relay", "convey", etc. These are all a bit different, and I feel like the original is even a bit ambiguous, meaning that nothing's perfect. Does anyone have any preference?Flan27 (talk) 23:17, 2 October 2013 (UTC)

I don't really matter about "far-off sounds" and its variations (they still have quite the same meaning) but the verb in the title is another story because it forms the feeling about the title. For now, I prefer "send" over other options but I still have a feeling that there is some other way to express the title in a more natural way though I still can't get how to do it.
