Cover Previews

I updated the covers with scanned versions of mine. I was wondering whether or not there would be a way to put on the rest of the cover(side, back) without ruining the preview picture in the thumbnail.

Perhaps by adding the spine scan to the front image and have the back scan in its own preview? I could do that with my copy if you aren't up to it and my scanner still works
