Notes for obscure Gameplay/Mechanics stuff

I plan to include these things in the Gameplay page, so I'm documenting them before I forget.

  • Race mode dash punch cancelling on hit
  • Eintei race glitch, dash punch/kick off building to get stuck in wall (maybe possible in SDM?)
  • Battle mode ties for first/second give both second
  • Each rank in a stat equals 10% difference (50% difference in damage from Def 1 to Def 6)
  • Hazard damage in race (lightning, fall, book, beam, vamps+water), spirit (spirit burst), battle (fall = 50 dmg) modes. Most need testing.
  • Max HP = 255. 4 total HP bars. Total HP per bar = 64 (blue bar caps at 63). Each chug of a healing item restores 4 HP. Patch bubble restores 1 HP every 3 seconds.
  • Running into a wall is 5 damage and you lose 5 Points. Jumping into a wall is 2 damage and no point loss.
  • Different items may have varying inherent strength? Lodestone on the high end and recovery drinks on the low end. Needs precision testing.
  • Momentum affects damage. Dashing and Jumping both individually add 10% damage to an attack, which DO stack together during dash jumps for a total of 20% bonus damage.

Feel free to add more if you think of anything. LoliSauce (talk) 03:13, 8 June 2012 (UTC)

Obviously something about the settings, like "individual character select", or "the same character for multiple teams". Of the last one is enabled all the characters take the colour of their team. ☢ Quwanti 11:53, 8 June 2012 (UTC)
Absolutely. These will be translated shortly in a quick patch that some friends and I are working on currently, but yes I will be putting the important things such as menu selections, explanation of modes of play, etc before any of the obscure stuff listed above. I see. Good luck on the patch then! ☢ Quwanti 22:16, 9 June 2012 (UTC)
