Template:Move/doc

Purpose: Pages flagged with the move template should be renamed. This is usually for move actions that normal members do not have access to such as a files, or subpage moving (for articles with a lot of subpages that should be kept together)

Note that you should edit the article to reflect the changes so admins don't have to go and edit each article.
