Touhou Dengenkei(Electrical Illusion) ~ Perfect Sakura Fantastica (東方電幻景 ~ Perfect Sakura Fantastica) is a port of the Chinese Touhou Project fangame Fantastic Danmaku Festival Part II to the exA-Arcadia arcade platform, becoming the first ever Touhou Project-related game licensed for the arcade setting.

Gameplay

Gameplay is mostly similar to the original game, but several changes have been made:

  • When a border is active, the cherry gauge drains more quickly
  • Borders no longer cycle between awarding bomb and life fragments. Instead, borders always reward bomb pieces, rewarding 0, 1, and 2 bomb pieces for Levels 1, 2, and 3 respectively
  • Resource rewards are reduced -- many areas in the original games that give lives no longer do so
  • Certain patterns were given minor adjustments
    • Ran's survival ends much earlier than it does in the PC version of the game, and as a result is much easier.

Music

The original soundtrack makes an appearance, remixed by Keishi Yanao.

Press

The game was announced on the exA-Arcadia website on September 27, 2021[1] and exhibited at Autumn Reitaisai 8 on October 24, 2021[2].
