Notes[edit]

  1. "Winder" (ワインダー): Japanese STG terminology for bullet patterns that trap the player and force them to move from side to side, as with Tsukasa's regular danmaku and this Spell Card.
  2. A star in any of the Seven Mansions of the Azure Dragon, but usually in the Horn or Neck, of traditional Chinese astronomy can be referred to as a lóngxīng (龍星, lit. "dragon star").
  3. 蠱毒 (kodoku, "curse/hex poison"): a form of gu curse wherein one places many insects in a small enclosure and has them devour each other, with the final survivor becoming a vector for sickness-inflicting curses.
  4. Perhaps referring to Cave, a Japanese video game company.
  5. "Pendra": short for Scolopendra, a type of very large centipede.
  6. Likely to be a pun of Minecraft.
  7. Possibly a reference to one of the Metal Gear Solid series game
  8. A pun of a manga title Kodoku no Gourmet (孤独のグルメ, lit. A Solitary Gourmet)
  9. A reference to the 2004 danmaku game "Mushihimesama" (虫姫さま, lit "Bug Princess") by Cave.
