Sanae	あったま来ちゃうわー 地上に溢れ始めた霊の正体を 調べろって言われてもさ どこから何に手を付ければいいんだか	Arghh, I'm fuming! You can't just tell me to go figure out the truth behind the spirits overflowing on the surface! Where should I even begin, and with what?
	Tsukasa Kudamaki enters
Tsukasa	おーい、早苗ちゃーん	Heeey, Sanae!

Tsukasa	ちょいと神社を貸してくれないかな	Can't you lend me the shrine for a bit?
Sanae	え、えーっと 何で？	Huh, umm... Why?
Tsukasa	山の妖獣達の拠点にしたいの 早苗ちゃんなら、許してくれるよねぇ	I want to make it a base for the mountain's beast youkai. And I thought that you'd definitely allow it, Sanae, right?
Sanae	馬鹿言うな！ なんじゃそれ	Don't be ridiculous! As if I'd let that happen!

Tsukasa	じゃ、遠慮無く	Well then, don't mind if I do.
	Sanae wins
Tsukasa	とは言っても、一刻を争うのよ このままでは変な妖獣たちに 乗っ取られちゃう	Be that as it may, time is of the essence. Those weird beasts will take over at this rate.
Sanae	今から私も調査に行くところよ 神社は貸せないけど	I'm heading out to look into that now. I'm not going to lend you the shrine though.

Sanae vs. Ran (Stage 2)

Sanae	幽霊の他に、余り見たことのない 動物霊もいるわね それに、典ちゃんも言ってたけど 妖獣たちの様子がおかしい なにか、マタタビのような物でも ばらまかれているのかな？	Other than the spirits, there are also some animal spirits that I've never really seen before. And just like Tsukasa mentioned, the beast youkai have been acting strange too. Is some kind of catnip-like substance scattered about the place?
	Ran Yakumo enters
Ran	おや、貴方も調査に？	Oh, are you out investigating as well?

Ran	守矢神社は静観するのかと思ってたわ	I thought the Moriya Shrine would choose to sit back and observe.
Sanae	変な妖獣がしょっちゅう出るんで 仕方がなくね というか、妖獣の貴方も調査に？	Strange beast youkai have been constantly showing up at the shrine, so our hand is forced. Actually, you're investigating this too, despite being a beast youkai yourself?
Ran	まあね、調査というか、ね	Well, this isn't an investigation, per se.
Sanae	あ、そうだった 妖獣は全て敵だと思ってかかれって 神奈子様に言われてたんだ	Oh, right. Lady Kanako told me to treat all beast youkai as enemies.
Ran	ふふふ、良い心がけね 早死にできるわよ	Fufufu, what a lovely attitude. You'd certainly meet an early end like that.

Sanae vs. Mamizou (Stage 3)

Sanae	妖獣っ、妖獣っ どっかに妖獣いないかなー すぐに出てきてくれれば 調査は楽なんだけどねー	Beast youkai, beast youkai... I wonder if there's one somewhere around here? It'd make this investigation much easier if they showed up immediately.
	Mamizou Futatsuiwa enters
Mamizou	なんじゃ、ご機嫌じゃのう	Oh, aren't you in a good mood.
	地上の王だと思っている化け狸 二ッ岩　マミゾ Futatsuiwa Mamizou	Bake-Danuki Who Thinks She Rules the Earth Mamizou Futatsuiwa
Mamizou	辺りは不穏な動物霊で いっぱいじゃというのに	Even though there are all these disturbing animal spirits around.
Sanae	尻尾の大きい妖獣みっけ！	Found one! A beast with a giant tail!
Mamizou	よ、妖獣とな！？ 失敬な 儂を獣扱いするんじゃないぞ	A- a beast?! Where are yer manners?! You'd best not treat me like a common beast.
Sanae	え？	Huh?
Mamizou	え？	What?
Sanae	……えー？？	... Huuuh??

	Sanae loses
Mamizou	相変わらず、頼りないのう	Unreliable, as usual.
	Sanae wins
Mamizou	お前さんは何故妖獣を 倒してまわってるんじゃ？	Now why are ya goin' around takin' down beast youkai?
Sanae	えーっと、何でだっけ？ あ、そうそう、世間で幽霊達が 不穏な動きしているから調査してるんです 調べたら幽霊だけじゃ無くて、動物霊や 妖獣までもが不穏な動きをしていて 手っ取り早く妖獣を倒そうと 決めたんですよ	Uhhh, what was it again? Ah, right, the spirits of the world were acting rather disturbingly so I set out to investigate. And when I looked into it I found that it wasn't just the spirits, but that animal spirits and beast youkai were also acting strange, so I decided to defeat all the beast youkai as quick as I can.
Mamizou	なるほどそうか つまりは殆ど調査は進んでいない という事じゃな	I see, so that's how it is. So basically, yer investigation barely progressed at all.
Sanae	へ？	Huh?
Mamizou	いいか、この異変は決して一匹二匹の 妖獣が仕掛けたものではないぞ そうじゃ、良いことを教えてやろう お前さんがこのまま手ぶらで帰って 怒られるのも不憫だからのう……	Listen up, this incident ain't somethin' a single beast or two can set up. I know, lemme tell ya something nice. I'd feel bad for ya if ya went back with no results and got scolded, after all...

Sanae vs. Yachie (Stage 4)

Sanae	ええーっと…… マミゾウさんに言われるがままに 来ちゃったけど、ここってもしかして…… 地獄？ いやー、騙されたかも知れないわー あのバカ狸にー！	Umm... I came here just like Miss Mamizou told me to, but... Is this possibly... Hell? Oh no, I might've been tricked! Damn that sly tanuki!
	Yachie Kicchou enters
Yachie	お前は、誰だ？	Who are you?
Yachie	ああ、山の神社の巫女じゃないですか	Ah, you're the shrine maiden from the mountain shrine, yes?
Sanae	ええっと、どなたでしたっけ？	Uhh, who are you again?

Yachie	鬼傑組組長　吉弔八千慧 覚えて貰えてもらえてないとは残念です ところで…… 何故地獄に堕ちたんです？	Matriarch of the Kiketsu Family, Yachie Kicchou. A real shame that you don't remember me. By the by... Why have you fallen to Hell?
Sanae	いやその、狸ヤローにさー ここに地上侵略を企てている 妖獣がいるって唆されて…… ……ハッ！？ もしかして？	Oh, well, there was this nasty tanuki who told me that there are beast youkai here plotting to invade the surface and- ...*Gasp!* Are you?

Yachie	ふっ、侵略を企てているなんて そんなそんな…… もう、ほぼ完了していますよ まもなく地上は鬼傑組の物になります その時には、覚えてくださいね 支配者の、この顔を！	Ha! Plotting to invade? That's not it at all... The invasion's basically complete! Soon the surface will belong to the Kiketsu Family. Do remember my face by then, the face of your ruler that is!
	Sanae loses
Yachie	これでもう忘れないでしょう 支配者が誰なのかを	Surely you won't forget who your ruler is, after this.
	Sanae wins
Sanae	侵略が完了しているですって？	You're telling me that the invasion's already complete?!
Yachie	そう、我々は地上で最強の味方を 手に入れたのです 我々畜生界の霊達の弱点は 言わずもがな肉体を持っていない事 それが、地上での活動を困難にしている 原因の一つです それ故に、地上での味方を作ることが 勢力を広めるためには必須なのです	Indeed, we've obtained the strongest ally on the surface, after all. A glaring weakness that we spirits from the Animal Realm have is of course the lack of a physical body. And that is also one of the reasons why it's so difficult for us to act on the surface. Because of this, it is absolutely necessary that we make allies on the surface in order to expand our influence.
Sanae	その、鬼傑組の地上の味方って 何処にいるの？	And this surface ally of the Kiketsu Family, where is she?

Sanae	聖域の森ってこの辺のことだっけ？ 排他的な奴しかいないから 普段は立ち入らないように言われてるんだけど…… どうしよう、包丁持った ヤマンバみたいな奴が出てきたら	The Forest of Sanctuaries is this area here, right? I'm told not to come here under normal circumstances, given how unfriendly folks here are to outsiders... Ohh what should I do if a yamanba or something shows up holding a kitchen knife?

Biten	これはこれは	My my!
Biten	守矢神社のお嬢ちゃんじゃない 今日はどうしたの？	Well if it isn't the little lady from the Moriya Shrine? What brings you here today?
Sanae	どうしよう私、また知らない人だわ	Oh no, it's someone I don't know.
Biten	おっと失礼 よく考えたら初対面でしたね	Oops, apologies. Now that I think about it, this is our first meeting, isn't it?

Sanae	ああ、なんてこと…… マミゾウさんが言っていたことは本当だった すでに地上の侵略が始まっていると…… ふっふっふ これは大きな手土産になるわ！ 貴方を倒して、そして 世界を救う！	Ohh, how could this be...? Miss Mamizou really was telling the truth. The invasion of the surface has already begun... Heh heh heh! This will be a great souvenir! I'll defeat you, and... Save the world!

Biten	出来るかな？ 我々、猿の仲間でもずっと噂になってたよ 「あの新しい神社の巫女は、 　一人で何も出来ない猿以下のポンコツだ」とね さあさあ、かかってこい！ 手加減の仕方は勉強中だけどな！	Can you do it? You know you've long been a rumour amongst us monkeys. "That shrine maiden from the new shrine can't do anything on her own, she's trash beneath even monkeys!" Now, come at me! I'm still practicing how to hold back though!

Biten	噂通り、何にも出来ないんだねぇ	The rumours were true, you really can't do anything.
	Sanae wins
Biten	お見事！ 噂は当てにならないねぇ 楽しかったよ！ もう一戦しようよ	Brilliant! It seems the rumours were wrong about you. It was fun! Let's have another match.
Sanae	遠慮します ところでねえ、どうして地上の妖獣が 畜生界に手を貸そうとしているの？	No thank you. By the way, why is a surface youkai like you lending help to the Animal Realm?
Biten	それはねぇ…… 私が地獄に堕ちずに済んだのは 八千慧様のお陰だから 恩返しのようなもんよ	That's... Because it was all thanks to Lady Yachie, that I didn't end up falling to Hell. So this is something like repaying her.
Sanae	地獄……？	Hell...?
Biten	もっとその話を聞きたい？	You want to hear more about that?

Sanae	……あ、あれ？ 猿の妖怪に目を閉じるように言われて それから何があったんだっけ？	... H- huh? I closed my eyes like that monkey youkai told me to, and... What happened after that?
	Zanmu Nippaku enters
Zanmu	目が覚めたか	So you're awake.
Zanmu	この異変、解決の邪魔が入ると 発動する罠を仕掛けてある お前はそれに引っかかった	There's a trap that springs upon anyone who tries to get in the way of this incident's resolution. You were caught by it.
Sanae	え？　罠？ 貴方は誰？	Huh? Trap? And who are you?
	寂滅為楽の王 日白 残無 Zanmu Nippaku	King of the Silent Bliss of Nirvana Zanmu Nippaku
Zanmu	我が名は日白(にっぱく)　残無(ざんむ) 地上の混乱を平定させる者だ お前の自分勝手な行動は 儂の邪魔になるだろう	My name is Zanmu Nippaku. The one who will bring peace to the chaos on the surface. Your selfish acts will surely become a hindrance to me.
Sanae	鬼傑組の野望を阻止しようとしたのよ どこに自分勝手な要素があるのよ	I was trying to put an end to the Kiketsu Family's ambitions. There's nothing selfish about that at all!

Zanmu	はっ 鬼傑組の野望を阻止する行動は お前が勝手に決めたことだ つまり、それは自分勝手って事だろ？	Ha! You decided all on your own to take action and end the Kiketsu Family's ambition. Is that not selfish in and of itself?
