Summary: It's spring, which means there'll be a cherry blossom viewing festival at the Hakurei Shrine. Every year, the three fairies will play some sort of prank on the festival's attendees (in their words, a "flower-viewing countermeasure"). This year, they decide to bring along their new friend and use her ability on a certain half-phantom gardener in their most maniacal prank yet!

Summary: Following the start of the new year, Clownpiece is evicted from the Hakurei Shrine by Reimu after she nearly burns it down. As the Fairies attempt to figure out Clownpiece's next step, Reimu travels to Higan in order to learn more about Clownpiece's master, Hecatia Lapislazuli.
