Secret[edit]
The level's secret Rare Beast Spirit is Chick Trio. It is rewarded for capturing the midboss spell Bloody Battle "All-Spirit Oniwatari" without ever flying above Kutaka.
Once consumed in a Roaring Mode, Chick Trio will change the Roaring Mode timeout rewards to:
- 1 Life Fish;
- 4 Beast Spirits.
The extra stage provides ample resources as long as you don't die with bombs in stock, so there's no need to stress out over obtaining this spirit in a 1cc attempt. However, if you are experienced, and have already put in enough practice to route Bloody Battle "All-Spirit Oniwatari", then there's no harm.
For No Beast Hyper runs, especially if also No-miss No-bomb No Border-break, the Chick Trio's single Life Fish is unlikely to be of any use at all. Simply take your time with capturing Kutaka's last spell rather than risk wasting your time restarting the stage due to a lost life with bombs in stock.

If you're at the horizontal middle, the orbs' movement will be almost-totally straight down. It is ideal to stay in the horizontal middle to maximize damage dealt, then simply sidestep the red orbs once they fall.

If you can get Saki to charge up to the top in her first attack, hug the upper right wall, because her second attack will then end with her on the right wall. Thereafter all her subsequent charges will work the same way: She will charge up-and-left, and you will hug the right wall so that she will move back to the right. By doing this, her third, fourth, and fifth attacks will all end with her on the right wall, allowing you to easily deplete her health. Marisa-Wolf can finish off this spell with this method before the arrowhead walls even reach you after folding outwards. This video demonstrates this method of controlling Saki's movement.

The first wave is especially tough since it starts in the middle. You can consider dodging the first wave at the bottom corners so that you have bigger gaps and more reaction time to work with. For subsequent attacks, she will move horizontally towards you, so you can dodge the jellybean attack on the further corner. If she moves upwards, take that chance to damage her as much as possible during that wave.

When there are around 11 seconds left on the clock, the final ring of will-o-wisps will arrive, and you will have to stay in the middle above Saki's sprite. Note that this means you will end up collecting all the spirits released by Saki after the attack ends.These are almost invulnerable, so just move to the center of the screen on top of Saki as they close in. The only feasibly reasonable way to kill the last will-o-wisp ring is to use a bomb, which will wipe out the entire last wave. If you bomb close to the 11-second mark as an Otter shot, your bomb might do this by accident - if so, make sure the bomb also clears off the rings of fast bullets formed as a result.
Using a bomb will cause Saki to have a health bar through a glitch, and shooting her down after that will also end the attack. Even though she has a health bar when this glitch is triggered, she has no hurtbox, so you can still fly over her sprite, which will be necessary during the last wave. A sneaky trick that works is to use a bomb at the same time the spell is declared, so that Saki gets a healthbar and you still get to collect the Spell Card bonus.

As with all Extra stages, don't time this last attack out in a 1cc attempt. It progresses in phases by itself at 90s, 60s, and 30s. When the timer is below 20s the attack goes berserk with an exclusive fifth phase. Bombs and Otter's Roaring Mode will not cancel the bullets in all phases of this attack, so don't bother attempting to use Otter's Roaring Mode to cheese it, either.
